One of the biggest areas we emphasize is leadership, and Jay came in and worked with our fall captains to deliver a powerful workshop. He spoke on humility, when to challenge a teammate, when to pull back, and shared great personal stories that really connected with our student-athletes. They were actively engaged, asked thoughtful questions, and took ownership of the conversation. It was a huge win for our program to have Jay with us this season. He also had meaningful conversations with our coaches, which made a real difference. We’re looking forward to having Jay back this winter and spring.
