Stor tak til Christian Triantafillou Schade, der for nylig gav en fremragende introduktion til Dave Snowden’s Cynefin-rammeværk for 7N-konsulenter i Øst. I en verden i konstant forandring er spørgsmålet, hvordan vi bedst navigerer i komplekse problemstillinger. Cynefin er et stærkt værktøj til at beslutte, hvordan man skal beslutte (Citat Christian 🙂). Det gav god genklang i lokalet, hvor der var gode dialoger. Folk tog rammeværket til sig, og jeg er sikker på at det allerede er tilføjet konsulentværktøjskassen hos flere af de tilstedeværende. 7N Academy takker for indsigt og inspiration.

Christian is an organizational chameleon. He has deep knowledge and experience of all levels of an organization, both within classical project-based management and agile management, which makes him highly qualified for facilitating change in the organizational culture on many simultaneous levels. He is a high-mood person, delivering direction, motivation, and support with a lot of energy and high impact. He is a powerhouse of knowledge within agile techniques and technologies and has easy access to produce talks and creative presentation on complex agile topics with a contagious effect on the organization. If you want high impact change within your agile structure, or about to create one, I recommend Christian to be the first to ask!

Being part of the team the Product Owners in my team developing the IoT platform for Alfa Laval and the Product Owners in the other parts of Automation Development has been upgraded with a lot of new tools and knowledge for how to be the best product owners for development of IoT and Automation solutions in a large enterprise organisation. I think that it is essential to be part of the development of the employees so i also participated in the training and even passed the exam as certified Agile product owner. I feel very motivated to use that knowledge. Christian is a very clever guy who appreciates and knows A LOT about process and methodologies especially for agile product development - and just generally a lot about tons of stuff, giving a great depth in his management of people. He leads by showing different ways to solve problems, not telling you what to do, making him a great leader for ambitious employees. Through weekly one on one's I got a ton of great advice, which proved helpful in many difficult situations. Christian definitely has the agile black belt as well as in red teaming, which I'm sure I'll continuously be reaching out to him about. Throw in a few solid tech jokes and you're well on your way to a good working experience.
