For example, we have an employee whose license was suspended for a few days until he figured out missing paperwork with the BMV. Now the BMV shows his license as valid, but EmBark still says suspended. However this could be more on BMV reporting than on EmBark.

Cons: I have no cons about the product or service. Administering the Embark Safety program is easy and takes me minutes to process any necessary tasks.

We are required to maintain monitoring and reporting to be compliant. This system allows us to capture driving issues, allows us to set an annual schedule and includes DOT medical certificates. This system is our go-to everything and many of our other reports spin off from this system. 

Pros: This system is integral to our business, helping us to maintain compliance with State and Federal regulations. The staff is great to work with and listened when wen needed to make some customizations to make reporting and accounting much easier. One of the easiest of all the companies we work with. 

Cons: If I had to choose a con it would be that certain changes to the system have to be made through a customer service representative instead of allowing a company administrator to make the change. Example adding a new location. Having said this is a con - it's handled via an email request and generally within just a few minutes. If it's a negative it's a very minor one.

After switching over from a competitor, the ease of monitoring has been mush more easier and more cost effective. Customer service/account rep are always quick in their responses. 

Pros: The Dashboard alone is great and gives you all the info you need at your fingertips. The ease of adding new users and being able to edit things is super helpful! There is a great amount of helpful guides that can answer any question. 

Cons: Do not have any complaints, the software is great. Reasons for Choosing MVR Monitoring: Loved the interactions with the sales rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. She was informative, friendly and quick to answer any question we had. She had a lot of knowledge regarding the software and overall monitoring questions/concerns. Pricing was great and liked the support that would be available. 

Reasons for Switching to MVR Monitoring: Did not have a great experience with SAMBA customer service. The account rep would ignore my questions and there were always issues with terms not being removed correctly.

Very resourceful! Using Embark is very user friendly and provides us with prompt alerts allowing us to act quickly to stay in compliance. 

Pros: Additionally, working with specialist, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has always been a pleasant experience and she always responds quickly to our questions and concerns.

The MVR's that we receive from Embark are easy to read with more accurate information than what we had before 

Cons: Employee scroll selection is not alphabetized. Enrollment could have been a little smoother.

Pros: It's really easy to use. Adding users and running MVRs takes just a moment. I like the training courses! We regularly assign yearly training to our drivers. It's very easy. 

Cons: I wish that you could pull a report on the driver training to show the status of trainings (completed, in progress, not started). Currently there is no way to do this. We have about 150 drivers so I have to go in and check them manually one by one and that's tedious.

On boarding was quick and painless and then the reporting was done promptly. It helped my company to monitor our drivers much sooner than expected. The notification system works well to let mw know if a license is about to expire.
