The idea of supporting metabolic flexibility and using a more balanced, long-term approach really stood out to me.

What I realized throughout these courses is that there are certain concepts that I cannot get without seeing graphic representation alongside the spoken education. So very grateful for the combination of written spoken and graphic components to this certification in general. It allowed me to listen, and then read, and if I still didn't get it refer back and get better picture if that was my learning style for that particular Physiological process.
