We use Gigalixir to host our consulting company's website. We deprecated our Squarespace website inside of a week with minimal knowledge of Phoenix deployments, something we wouldn't have seriously tried without Gigalixir. It absolutely slaps being able to hack something out locally and have it in production sixty seconds later, without having to engineer a deployment pipeline. (Which, don't get me wrong, we can do, but the time cost would quickly exceed the value of just trying stuff out.)

I've found it easy to do deploys and scale up and down using both the command line and the web application. Five stars comes from my background working with cloud infrastructure and Elixir. I admittedly don't have much comparable experience with the competition, but I do have experience supporting cloud operations and know how much Gigalixir has put into making their product as great as possible. I anticipate good things to continue to be added on, as the platform matures.

I've been running several hobby and professional apps in the wild with Gigalixir for several years. Getting started was extremely straight forward, and the docs have been able to answer almost all of my questions. When the docs don't provide an answer (to problems caused by my error 99% of the time), the support staff at Gigalixir has been incredible. The setup process is simple and transparent, and configuring CI/CD is just another command line push from your existing git repo. I started doing webdev with phinix and the deployment process with gigalixir was very nice. when I asked for help with a mistake which was an error with my code (blaming them because it did look like a different issue) I got help the same day and they were overall very kind about the whole thing. would recommend using this if you are not as used to webdev. even on the free tier which is what I have been using
