What are you doing in Washington DC? I’m loving seeing friends and meeting new people in the GTM world. It started with the Women’s Summit which was full of connection and learning thanks to Kathleen Booth, Anne Pao, Lindsay Tjepkema and all of the participants. Seeing Lori Richardson, Kristie K. Jones and Michelle Ji-Yeun Kim on the first evening at the reception was extra special. The day was full of panels, speakers and table talk. I saw so many friends I’d never met in person before. What have I learned? Pavilion is providing an exceptional space for female GTM professionals to learn and grow. Amazing camaraderie! I confirmed that women are craving the in person connection provided by events like these. Looking forward to more learning and connecting today.

What happens when world-class GTM leaders finally meet in person? In this #GTM2025 clip, Lara Cherem shares how her first six months in Pavilion came full circle at Women’s Summit and GTM. For her, it wasn’t just about the sessions — it was about connection. Meeting peers she’d only known online. Having real conversations that turned into friendships. Walking away with new insights and a stronger network of women who get it. “The Women’s Summit has been the most impactful. I met so many women that I knew but hadn’t met in real life… I’ve definitely expanded my network.” That’s what Pavilion does best: it gives you proximity — to people, to learning, and to opportunity. What happens when 800+ GTM leaders take over DC? Magic. ✨ GTM has its own energy each year, and I loved this year's. It's a lil' battle-weary out here — marketing has been freakin' ROUGH — but being in rooms with my people, talking to some of the smartest minds in the biz about how they’re coping or even thriving, felt like real healing. Sooo I did a thing and moderated a panel! Even better: I got to do it alongside Amanda McGuckin Hager, Colby Proffitt, and Jane Serra. The conversation was validating, cathartic, illuminating — and fun. They showed up candidly about something we’re all still figuring out: how marketing should adapt to AI search visibility. Also: must call out the WW Ripple Toast! It started small back in 2023; this year, it needed its own ballroom. Huge love and admiration to Melissa Moody & Leslie Greenwood for building this inspiring #community. 💜 I skipped the Women’s Summit (hear me now: FOMO was real). Grabbed a PTO day to wander the city — ALL THE MUSEUMS IN DC ARE FREE, and I am lowkey (highkey?) nerdy AF. But I saw the spaces filling with fierce women I admire, heard amazing things, and I regret nothing. Huge shout to Sam Jacobs, Kathleen Booth, and the Pavilion team for running this event like a Swiss watch. The warmth, accessibility, and brainpower of the PVLN community are big reasons #GTM remains a must-attend for me. Other highlights: 🚘 Chuck Berry’s Cadillac at the African American History Museum (I’d write songs about that car) 🍩 Breakfast and real talk with Sharon Harrison and Beth Griesbauer — finally meeting IRL after being longtime clients + friends = totally worth the wait! 💟 Dinner with the Cybersecurity Marketing Society crew (Gianna Whitver, Maria Velasquez, Manny Ataebi💡, Michelle Eatherton, and more) — cannot WAIT to hang with these folks again at CyberMarketing Con in December 🧩 Solving all the world’s marketing problems in a CMO breakout with Gordon Knapp, William Chia, and Tyler Calder — consensus: marketing sometimes needs to be more selfish 🎸A bar built from cassette tapes at GTM After Dark — I can't overstate how cool that was 🏀 Arcade Night, where yes, I definitely beat everyone at Super Shot, and don't believe any witnesses who tell you otherwise. Can we do all after parties at arcades, plz? 🍽️ Dinner at Old Ebbitt, surrounded by Teddy Roosevelt’s weird hunting trophies, with ☁️ Cliff Simon, Larysa Zakirova, Eric Doucet, and a ton of folks I didn’t get to fully talk to but who were still a blast 🫶 Hanging with old friends and meeting new ones: Randi-Sue Deckard 🔬 Junior Lartey 🎁 Josh Norris 🐦‍🔥 Kate DiLeo Patricia DuChene 🐰 Jen Igartua Jordan Benjamin 🧘 Emma Lo 🧩 Brandon Redlinger Rita Jhaveri and more folks LI won't let me tag. Next year, GTM goes back to NYC, where it all started — and you know I’ll be there. And yes, there was also killer content! We share our faves in the Kickstand blog; take a look if you wanna skip the FOMO and just get to the good parts.

Packing the blazer, the MAKE WAVES tshirt, and the purple converse—DC, here I come ✈️ This will be my 3rd time attending #GTM2025 with Pavilion and my 2nd Women's Summit (2 for 2!) —and I keep coming back for a reason. Yes, the sessions are 🔥. Yes, the speakers are in-the-trenches leaders sharing things you can actually use the next day. But the real magic? 🪄 Executive-only conversations that go deeper—peer-to-peer support, zero posturing. In the past, I've had the joy of chatting with amazing folks on a real world level such as Derek E. Weeks Alina Vandenberghe Ashley Faus and even Kim Scott #inthewild ✨ Real talk, real learning—from CROs, CMOs, RevOps leaders .... I know that experts like Kathleen Booth Anne Pao Ellie Wu Liza Adams and more are going to light up the stages with their knowledge. 🫶 Casual meetups that lead to unexpected collaborations - and close friendships that last a lifetime - like with wonderful folks such as Jane Serra Lindsay Tjepkema Antonio Caridad Jessie Shipman Steph Reck Pete Vomocil 💛 among many others 💜 And of course time with Wednesday Women friends and allies - some above and too many to name but from toast-time (looking at you Molly George and Nycole Walsh 📈 and Emilie Totten and Emily Harper, CFP®) to coffee chats and dinner experiences... there's always purple around when I'm walking any event floor. Over the years, this event has opened doors I didn’t even know I was knocking on—from my last CEO role to finding guests for The Joy of Connecting to behind-the-scenes advisory roles or even discovering folks who are desperate for a supportive women's membership. I’ll be sharing snapshots and stories all week long—so follow along if you’re curious (or just want to see what serendipitous connections I make!) 👇 If you’re going—drop a note below! I want to be sure to meet up or walk + talk between sessions. (Or tag along to whatever fun party you're going to!) #GTM25 #JoyOfConnecting #WomenInLeadership

Kicking off Pavilion’s #GTM2025, Sam Jacobs made it clear: the playbooks of the past won’t win the future. We're in a time where what got us all to where we are won't work for the future. Nearly 60% of Google searches end without a click, and 60% of CMOs say budgets are flat or declining - old tactics just don’t cut it. So, what's needed for the GTM Operator of the future? Here are Sam's 5 "must haves": ✅ AI-Native: can’t be functional today without AI. Integrates AI into workflows for speed, precision, and scale. ✅P&L Fluent: can speak the language of finance. Connects GTM moves directly to revenue, margin, and ROI. ✅Tech-Forward: must be tech-forward: using tools, automation, and testing to scale. ✅Resilient Learner: there is no “graduation” in becoming a great operator. Learning is continuous. The best learning comes from peers through shared experiences and best practices. ✅Cross-Functional: understanding sales, marketing, partnerships, and management, not just one silo. These five traits define the GTM operator of tomorrow. Which one resonates most with you?”

My Sneex survived another whirlwind conference. I would say Pavilions Women Summit and #GTM2025 was a hit. I'm still processing all the conversations, content and peopling but I will leave you with this. What got you here won't get you there because no one has been "insert your title here" in 2026 or 2027. The old playbooks are dead which is why leaning into GTM communities and building your network is so crucial to your career and any organization you want to drive success for. Anyone else feeling validated? Many times throughout my career, I’ve been told to specialize instead of being a generalist. Honestly, I decided to best to my own drum because I’m just so darn curious and always wanted to understand how the all the dots connected. It’s why I’ve been in every area of GTM from Commercial Ops ( before RevOps was a thing), CX, CS, Sales & Marketing. All of these experiences have shaped my true north-people (internal + external). Which means seeking to understand, show up consistently and find opportunities to surprise and/or delight them. Listening to the keynote by Will Guidara on Unreasonable Hospitality had me wanting to jump up and down because heck yeah…it’s always been about the impact - how we make people seen, valued & heard. Tell me what’s made you feel validated lately? #gtm2025 #experiencematters

🚀 Keynote at #GTM2025 did not disappoint. Sam Jacobs set the tone with a keynote that was equal parts 🔥 candor, 👊 challenge, and 🤯 future-facing energy. His message? There’s no longer a single GTM playbook. Heading into 2026, it’s about a set of beliefs + expectations that guide how we lead, sell, and grow. And then… the passing of the torch moment: 👏 Rich Gardner , after his run at Klaviyo through IPO, steps in as President of Pavilion. Perfect timing. Perfect leader. Perfect reminder that GTM is about evolution, not repetition. If you’re waiting for the playbook… there isn’t one. 📖❌ If you’re ready to build it with the right people… this is your room. 💡 #Pavilion #GTM2025 #Leadership #FutureOfSales

GTM2025 wasn’t a trade show. It was a working session. What Pavilion gets right: Operators >> optics. Real playbooks, real numbers, and real misses. Cross-functional rooms. CMOs, CROs, RevOps solving allocation together. Give-first culture. You earn intros by being useful. Credit to Sam Jacobs and the excellent Pavilion Team -- Aaron Leeder, Josh Carter -- for building a room where work actually gets done. The hallway track alone was worth the flight. If we met, follow-ups go out soon. If we missed, DM and we’ll swap session notes. #PavilionGTM #GTM2025 #B2BSaaS #Pavilion

I'm still riding the high from the AMAZING panel discussion at Pavilion Women's Summit today. Kimberly Storin, Amanda Goetz and I along side Lindsay Tjepkema tackled "Crafting Your Executive Narrative" I kicked us off with my definition of executive narrative "The stories we have, that we share, that have meaning to drive impact and influence." Kim grounded us in her 3-part framework for defining your narrative: 1️⃣ Identify Your Purpose 2️⃣ Connect it to your unique superpower/strength 3️⃣ Define it in connection to how it benefits your company. And Amanda showed us what's possible when we feet it right brought it home with encouragement. The way our insights and experience blended on stage was such a joy. Definitely the best panel I've been on. And thanks Leah Russo for capturing the great photos during the discussion. You rock! #GTMSummit #Pavilion #GTM2025

GTM2025 camaraderie in DC - and Philly. Staying relevant is the name of the game for me. The market, the budgets, the playbooks. Transformation feels always ON these days. Playing the game, to stay in the game. Therefore last week DC was the place to be. Pavilion GTM2025 has been again a one of a kind long-lasting experience. 4 C’s anchored it for me: Community, Content, Culture and City. Camaraderie showed up everywhere - hallways, tailgates, arcade games and real convo’s. Folks that where truly there to genuinely help each other, seeing and feeling that is priceless. Serious GTM convo’s blended with some good laughs, I lost count over the days there. Meeting new and existing community friends. Special shout out to my crew and peeps hanging out with Jean-Pierre Dumas , Tony Rock, CFA, SPLP, 🧭Zachary Gropper , William Chia , Randi-Sue Deckard 🔬 , Starza "SJ" Thompson , 🧭Zachary Gropper and many more #toomuchtootag Some observations and early take-aways from content & open convo’s: - becoming AI-native isn’t a solo game, community keeps us accountable. - One GTM team = your growth engine - built on mindset, systems and togetherness - AI workflows need human steps to spark creativity and outcomes - Change management is no longer optional - Making an impact while having fun means more. Don’t take ourselves to seriously. The days where blended with Community, Culture, City as well: Powered by Pavilion and extended by myself and Amsterdam chapter buddies André Bressel , Koen Stam , ♾️ Patrick Gallit . 🎸 Street music and Biergarten in Philly on Saturday. Loved the local IPA and Octoberfest 🍺 🐔 & 🧇 on match day. You gotta have the steak knife with it. 🏈 Tailgating + Philly 🦅 against the LA 🐏. What an epic stadium, crowd and game! 🥪 & 🍕 Philly cheese steak and pizza in the park. 🏛️ Walk to the Whitehouse, Washington Monument, World War II memorial, Lincoln Memorial, Capitol and MLK jr memorial. ✈️ Museum of air & space was impressive. 🍺 🍹Fractional/operator meet-up, opening reception, vip & speaker diner, GTM achternight with cocktails - met many kind & cool gtm folks from around the 🌎 🐢 GTM arcade and ‘90 night. Community friend JP and myself playing the turtles game was ON 🔥! 🥃 Heading to Jack Rose with one of the largest collections in USA - 1000’s of bottles. This was an exceptional experience with JP and Tony. 🙌Pickleball tournament. Made it to the quarter finals this year. So much fun!

🦖 National museum of natural history the Dino’s where phenomenal Thank you to the entire Pavilion team for this memorable experience. GTM2025 is more than a summit or conference, for me it is: 💥 GTM205, founded on camaraderie 💥 Excited for what is ahead, together making progress. Join us next year in NYC. I've never seen an agenda planned with such thoughtfulness, such intention. If you’re a woman in GTM leadership, you'd better have this on your radar 📡 A one-day, exclusive experience that's happening just before #GTM2025 in D.C. It's designed just for executive-level women attending GTM2025, starts with a wellness retreat and welcome dinner, then bursts into a full day of programming that has been designed, structured, and guided by the brilliant Anne Pao , Lindsay Tjepkema, Kathleen Booth --- three of the women I most respect. The sessions will be tailored to real challenges and conversations happening in boardrooms and behind closed doors, including: ✨ How to negotiate compensation and equity ✨ What executive presence looks like today ✨ Honest conversations about discomfort, uncertainty, and ambition You’ll hear from a stacked speaker lineup including a few personal faves: Shira Abel, Christina Brady, Jennie Blumenthal, Casey Erickson, Deidre Hudson, Jill Melchionda, Gianna Scorsone, Cassie Young 💜 It's a proud moment for Wednesday Women to be a Community Partner of this event. “What would you attempt to do if you knew you couldn’t fail?” That was the challenge from Will Guidara (Unreasonable Hospitality) on Wednesday at Pavilion’s #GTM2025 conference. His message: spend time with your own team, align often on the vision, and treat every customer as a unique individual. One size fits one. Don’t treat people like a commodity. The greatest gestures feel bespoke. Every detail matters - how you welcome people, how you listen, how you make them feel. And it connected perfectly with what followed this morning. We heard how, with the pace of technology change, product differentiation is disappearing - and experience is becoming the real differentiator. Sometimes leading go-to-market feels like an episode of House: you’re staring at complex symptoms, dozens of variables, and no easy diagnosis. That’s where Henry Schuck Schuck, CEO of ZoomInfo , took the stage. For years, revenue was run as an assembly line of playbooks and automation. It worked…until buyers changed. They now demand personalization, context, and real relevance. Henry’s point: The next era of GTM won’t be about brute-force volume. It will be about context, creativity, and execution - all built on a strong data foundation. AI can (and should) do the laundry list of prep work. But sellers and marketers need to do the art: insight, relationships, creativity. Execution at scale happens when data gives us the context to make every interaction feel personal. Two takeaways collided for me this week: —Unreasonable hospitality: Don’t just serve, create experiences that feel unforgettable — starting with your team and extending to every customer. —Modern GTM: Don’t just optimize, orchestrate context, creativity, and execution on top of solid data. Hospitality and GTM share the same truth: execution isn’t about perfect process. It’s about people. And it was great to cap it all off at a one-of-a-kind dinner hosted by Sam Jacobs Jacobs to launch Pavilion Gold.

Community only works if you work it. When I joined Pavilion in 2020, I wasn’t looking for another network. I wanted a trusted peer group where I could share challenges openly, be pushed on my strategies, and walk away with insights I could apply the very next day. I quickly realized it’s like a gym membership. Show up once in a while, and it becomes a cost burden. Lean in fully, and it changes how you grow. That lesson shaped the way I think about GTM today. And it’s why GTM2025 matters. Because this week in Washington DC, more than 1,000 GTM leaders aren’t just gathering for a conference. We’re coming together to write the future of GTM. Over 2.5 days you’ll see: • Interactive sessions and hands-on workshops to plan for 2025 • Will Guidara on creating 11-star customer experiences • Henry Schuck on the future of AI and GTM at ZoomInfo • New Pavilion product launches that will inspire more than GPT-5 • Networking where every single attendee is a vetted GTM executive This is the only B2B tech summit built exclusively for GTM executives. Personally, I’ve taken away more from this community than I could have ever gained on my own: lifelong peers, sharper strategies, and perspective that lasts. That’s why I’m here. This week, thousands of GTM leaders are learning from each other in DC. What’s one lesson you’ve taken from your peers that’s shaped your GTM strategy?

Pavilion has changed my life. Commercial leadership is a long, lonely road - if you walk it alone. It has lowered the amount of pain I go through in making educated decisions. It has changed the way I am able to reflect about my shortcomings as a leader. It has changed the perception of What Good Looks Like in B2B SaaS. It has amplified my desire to pay it forward, give to get and let kindness win. It has shaped me and the whole Amsterdam community since 2018. #GTM2025 is our yearly-have-to-attend gathering (well for 1,000 people) to bring the global community together. Celebrating achievements, deeply learning from each other and enjoying friendships. Boy, I am looking forward to see Susan Whittemore, 🤙Neil Weitzman, Jonathan Moss, Sam Jacobs, Ben McCormick, Aaron Leeder 🏒, Nicola Anderson and so many more. It’s the executive-only summit for the sharpest GTM leaders in B2B tech. 60+ podcasters, best-selling authors, producers, founders, VCs, and operators just like you and me will present in a wide variety of sessions, workshops and keynotes. For three days, Washington, D.C. will turn into the revenue Mecca, kindly hosted by Pavilion. No fluff. No filler. Just strategy, connection, and clarity. Here’s what makes GTM2025 unmissable: ✅ Unfiltered insights from top-performing GTM operators → No recycled keynotes. No surface-level panels. I go to a lot of events. Like, a lot. And I can confidently say that Pavilion's GTM is one of the very best, each and every year. Getting to connect with the warm and welcoming hive they've built is always an amazing experience, and I’m struck every year by the amount of creativity, curiosity, and community on display. But #GTM2025 is special, and not just because it’s happening in D.C. Catch me on Wednesday, 9/24 from 2:15-3pm exploring how GTM pros are modifying their strategies in the age of AI search. Stay tuned to find out who's joining me. See you there? 👀 #GTM #AISearch #AIForMarketing #LLM #Pavilion

PAVILION IS COOL!! It’s difficult to make a worth while event in the revenue space. Saturated… just like everything else.. with the same stuff. I truly feel like this years Pavilion GTM event will be different. That’s why I’m showing up for GTM2025. It’s not a bunch of paid panels. It’s VP and C-level operators talking about what’s actually driving revenue. What’s not. What’s next. Here’s what makes it different: • The room is filled with people who own numbers and build systems. Not just talk strategy for clout. • The workshops force you to put your 2026 plan on trial. • Every conversation sharpens the blade. If you’re tired of GTM groupthink and want to level up with the right crew, you’ll want to be there. See you in the room. 📍Join me September 23–25 in Washington, D.C.
