The Practically Perfect PA courses have a Mindset course, which many of us need, and a module on minute taking, which no other program offers.

I can confidently say that PPPA positively changed my career trajectory after hearing a panel discussion on the role of Chief of Staff as a possible next step for an admin. I've since approached our CEO about how we might develop my EA role in this direction, and a few weeks ago, he made it official by discussing a work plan for me to step into this entirely new role for our firm in the coming months. Though it will take a while to work out all of the arrangements, none of it would actually be happening had I not first been exposed to the possibility during a virtual panel of speakers from entirely different countries than my own. That's the power of access to this kind of education and support for admins!!
