We're using Quota Guard for Static IP required for our customer facing chatbot service. We've been using this Static IP service for several years now. As our chatbot is a customer-facing 24/7 service, any interruptions to the service can have a negative impact on brand reputation and customer satisfaction. Quota Guard has provided us with a stable Static IP service and strong support with regards to any support requests such as administrative support or changing IP address location, etc. We have always received a quick response for our support requests as well as a stable and reliable static IP service.
