Since starting this program I have been able to navigate through the courses smoothly. I thought there was an issues going to the next lesson because the previous lession made me think I only finished 50% of the lesson. Yet, it was only a video within the lesson and it moved me to the next lesson after completing. I am very excited about all the information given to help me advance within the real estate industry. I used Colibri for my pre-licensing and post-licensing courses in VA. I highly recommend them. I had an excellent instructor for my pre-licensing virtual course. I passed my state exam on the first try. So I returned to them for self-paced online post-licensing courses and was able knock them out in a couple of weeks. Colibri has a beautiful easy to use website and 5 star customer service that helped me with registration. I’ve heard other agents complain about the traditional real estate schools. I had zero issues with Colibri.

I recently completed my real estate course through Colibri Real Estate, and overall my experience was positive. The course material is thorough and does a great job covering the key concepts needed to understand real estate fundamentals.
One thing to be aware of is that the exams are challenging. The questions are often scenario-based and can feel more difficult than expected, especially with longer wording that requires you to really understand the concepts—not just memorize them. It took me multiple attempts to pass the final exam, but that process actually helped me learn the material more deeply.
Although the course can feel overwhelming at times, I now see that it prepares you well for the actual licensing exam. It pushes you to think critically and builds confidence over time.
I would recommend Colibri Real Estate to anyone serious about passing their real estate exam, especially if you're willing to stay consistent and push through the tougher parts of the course.
