Redactable automatically recognizes typical personally identifiable information including social security numbers and credit cards. It has easy redaction features that I can bend to blackout bars, watermarks among others and the interface is easy to work with. The batch processing feature appears to be limited to the number of documents that I can upload at a given instance and the entire process is time consuming whenever am dealing with a huge number of items. This is disadvantageous especially when dealing with many documents. I have been able to use Redactable to ease my process of redacting documents. It does away with the time-consuming and painstaking exercises of redaction which if done manually poses the risk of exposing certain important information.

It provides ways to manually text update, search and replace text, redact confidential data, and automatically detect confidential data in documents.With Redactable the document we have to create overlay over text content to change it. But not able to update the text in document itself. Redactable is solving the problem of document redacting for publishing. When editing document for publishing it takes enormous efforts to find and update documents. Especially when it's in PDF format. With Redactable editing PDF document becomes easy and fast. Search, Auto Detect credentials like functionality helps fastering the data editing process.

Easy to use and very fast I was able to comb through dozens of documents to redact sensitive information in a matter of minutes for $20. Can't beat that. Good customer service too. Recommend.

It's AWESOME! Love it and have told my colleagues in law about it and just needed it mostly for one big project but maybe more (we personal injury lawyers have to redact medical records often and it "stored" the redactions so that when a judge tells us what is "allowed to be redacted" and what is not allowed, I simply went back in and unredacted in minutes). This program probably saved me about 30+ hours on a project with about 1,000 pages of medical records vs. doing it "by hand" and then saved me hours when it saved the redactions and allowed me to "unredact" per a Judge's order. WONDERFUL software!! You can put this on your site for a review if it helps you as ALL lawyers should learn about your software! Personal injury lawyers care about a key issue - spending less time! AND the software (after I did OCR on it), let me search key terms for redaction. So easy to use! I taught myself how to use the software in about 5 minutes - no joke. Keep up the great work!!

I've had nothing short of a terrific experience with Redactable! It has saved me a lot of time redacting documents for court hearings. It is great to have a quick, electronic way to redact sensitive documents. I would highly recommend it! Redactable is very easy to use and keeps all cases in their own folder so it is very easy to find. The program is highly intuitive. There are some PDFs that Redactable has a hard time finding the area/field that needs to be redacted but honestly, the percentage of that happening is far less than any other program I've personally used. Switched From: Expert PDF Reader- Reasons for Switching to Redactable: I was still having to manually redact through a search of the social security numbers, date of birth, and other confidential information.

My overall experience with Redactable has been great. I can't see myself using another redacting program after using this. Redactable is so easy to use that it has become my go-to program whenever I need to redact a document. The operation is so simple that truly anyone could use it. The price point is a bit high. Given the number of redactions we usually make we can sometimes push the subscription to its limit.
