Just finished a 3 day Bootcamp with David Sweet. I've been to many events for over 25 years. It explained how to ethically use the S-500 Standard of Care to your advantage.
The Materials alone are worth there weight in gold. Easily,the best course I ever attended. David had David Herring speak as well as our own Klark Brown. As usual Klark provided excellent presentation. His talks on Leadership and handling stress were worth the seminar alone. I came to the retreat to gain some clarity about selling our business and centering my thoughts about my next chapter. The agenda was structured extremely well. I was able to unpack my journey to this point of our business and start to create a path to sell. The open table environment gave me an opportunity to share some of our wins and experiences operating a restoration company. Having the opportunity to reflect on how I got here was encouraging and reminded me of the success I found in our industry.
Our organization has worked with RA a little over two years. Toby helped me get what was in my head onto paper and into the hands of our talented leadership team. Their coaching helped remove me as the bottle neck and develop an environment for others to carry my vision to and the company to the next level.
