I recently lost a loved one and thought I was doing something wrong when I noticed the course wasn't given me credit for anything id done. Emico was kind, empathetic and understanding to my dilemma. I attended ROCKWELL in person classes. It was very valuable to me to be able to ask the instructors who themselves have had successful Real Estate careers and have had tons of experience in the field, real world questions about real world problems. This was inviable to me. It was a kind and fun atmosphere, including flowers and candy. I would highly recommend.

I'm making a career change and had Rockwell recommended to me. Rockwell has been a great decision. The class (in person) has been so thorough. The teachers are super knowledgeable and experienced (and fun). I highly recommend doing the in-person class but with one of the packages that gets you access to the online materials. If you use both, you'll ace the exams. I was able to register quickly and complete quickly!

I enjoyed my classes at Rockwell. David and Chris were our instructors. Both men are experienced in real estate and enjoy teaching. They each had their own teaching style which were quite different from one another. I would say it was to our (the students) benefit. My fellow classmates and I each had our preferences in teaching styles, but the variation was good as we all learn differently. It was great way to learn about real estate and prep for the exam. In person interacting with the instructors and other students beats online or self study in my opinion. Fabulous experience. Added note, I enjoyed David’s songs that helped lock in some of the concepts in a memorable way.

David and Chris did an excellent job making the material engaging and easy to understand. Their teaching styles complemented each other well, combining clear explanations with practical, real-world insights that made a complex subject much more approachable. Their ability to break down detailed concepts into simple terms was especially helpful, and added valuable industry perspective. I truly appreciate the effort and dedication both instructors put into their teaching.

I completed the Real Estate License Education: Washington Real Estate Fundamentals and Washington Real Estate Practices courses in person at Rockwell in April 2026. The class had roughly 15 people, and I had a great experience connecting with other future agents and engaging with the study material as a group. Our instructors were David North and Chris Hill. Both instructors brought a unique perspective, style, and vast years of experience as designated managing brokers of two different firms. Highly recommend taking your courses in person if time allows, as you will absorb the material much faster and with better comprehension through in-person conversations and instructor feedback. An added bonus of attending in person was access to several thoughtfully organized lunch-and-learn sessions. Representatives from leading brokerages, including Windermere, Century 21, and Keller Williams, provided overviews of their training programs, support structures, marketing strategies, and brand philosophies. These sessions offered valuable industry context and direct insight into potential career pathways - and free lunch on those presentation days!

Overall great experience, David and Chris did a fantastic job teaching us and giving real world examples, the slides are my only complaint, there were quite a few errors and mistakes in them, but David and Chris did a very good job of correcting them

Steve Nicewarmer was such a wonderful instructor for getting my first license (I passed on the first try)! I am now licensed with KW north seattle. He has a weekly study hall which just goes to show his dedication to student success. Yes I do feel like Rockwell course materials didn’t prepare me super well for the WA portion of the exam (only reason for 4 stars) but I still managed to score well in that portion.

Rockwell was a great experience, it is A LOT of info. & wish there was more/different oppurtunities/ways to practice testing for the Fundamentals+Practices finals for us super nervous test takers, as well as more interactive tests to help study/practice for all exams, to pass Rockwell & the State. However, their instructors are incredible, help you through the process, and really break down the materials. I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to Steve Nicewarner and David North, my incredible real estate instructors at Rockwell. Completed the classes online, M-Th 8am-4:30pm and their unwavering support, guidance, and passion for teaching us about the industry are truly inspiring. They both created a very positive & engaging learning environment and their teaching styles of the material is top tier; both nurturing and challenging, preparing us to excel as future realtors/brokers. Choosing Rockwell Institute for my real estate licensing was one of the best decisions I've made. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the course materials and the comprehensive practice exams, which truly prepared me for the state test. The instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and it was clear they genuinely care about their students' success. And even tho I was insulted by one of the instructors, he does not speak for the rest of the organization. The flexible online format also made it easy to fit my studies around my busy schedule. I am so grateful for the solid foundation Rockwell provided me and highly recommend them to anyone serious about a career in real estate.

Great instructors, first rate education, but for the price I paid i deducted one star for 1) the chairs (they're pretty uncomfortable after 6 hours, and could definitely use a cleaning) and 2) they need a real full size fridge in the break room. 20+ people need a bigger fridge.

Erwin provided me a really good orientation and service. Only one suggestion to Rockwell Institute, they should charge less fees when a student decide to extend the online course.
