As a event specialist, I used Socialpoint to facilitate in-person engagement and learning at our mid-year sales meeting. Socialpoint made it easy for attendees to earn points and see their ranking. The best thing about Socialpoint was the flexibility with setup, ease of use and access to reports and dashboard. This made the overall experience on a tight timeline very seamless!

This is our fourth use of Socialpoint as a way to digitally track our event interaction. We have a pretty tough audience to impress as our event looks to build skills and prepare 15-30 year olds for employment. We've created 10 different physical Challenges and a few survey based ones and through the gamification and Prize Rewards, we ensure we get tons of feedback and interaction. This last event we used the Virtual Prize Wheel and awarded over 70% of the attendees with something before they left for the day. A definite must if you are looking to up that part of the experience. Now that I've programmed so many times it only takes me an hour or less to update for each of the new events. The backend is user-friendly and if I did have an issue, our assigned tech helped me through it. I'd use it again tomorrow if the need arrises.

We had tried another app at our previous annual conference for the gamification aspect and it felt like we were beta-testing it. SocialPoint was flawless, easy to change things on the back-end, intuitive and had all the features we were looking for. Our attendees loved the leaderboard and would pass by several times a day to make sure they were still in the top 20. The biggest anxiety for the team was the virtual prize wheel, but it went off without a hitch and the audience legitimately "ooo'd" when the wheel spun on the big screen at our closing keynote. Would definitely book SocialPoint again and are planning on utilizing for our next annual conference.

We were looking for a way to get better engagement from our annual conference attendees and I think we definitely found it. First we decided to try this with very short notice to Social Point (3 weeks I believe) but our point person Jeannie was AMAZING! Every crazy idea I threw at her she came up with a way to make it happen. We were able to get our people mingling right from the moment they arrived by having photo challenges that required talking to and meeting new people, we did trivia daily, we included some sort of interactive component in each session for the entire event which allowed us to measure their comprehension of the material being presented and get their feedback. This is what a couple of our attendees said "I absolutely loved the interactive sessions", "Very fun and engaging!" I have had several people ask what the platform was so they can share it with others they think could benefit and all our attendees want us to use it every year going forward. I 100% recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be using it again in the future.
