I was part of the Day One Writers' Cohort that was led by Taptive. 

During this cohort, I challenged myself to focus on creating short, concise, and to-the-point written content. I normally write longer more narrative stories and found it very challenging to write concisely. 

After the first session, Taptive's tips really helped me work through my mental roadblocks. I proudly published my first piece within 7 days. 

After our next few meetings, I went from uncertain to confident in publishing short (500 words) content. 

I would recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their writing or challenge themselves in a different style.

Both my parents are writers. For years, I felt in their shadow and was unable to find my own voice writing. I didn't think I'd be able to write something worth reading. 

When the opportunity of joining the Flying Sage Writing Cohort came up, I decided to face my fear. 

My hope was that peer pressure and group support would push me through my mental blocks and I can honestly say I got significantly more out of it. I found the joy of writing. I hope you will too.

This cohort helped me understand how hard it is to write in isolation. Writing with others who can sharpen my words and improve my ideas was illuminating. It's helpful to relearn the basics sometimes, and it was valuable to be able to connect with others. We're all trying to enhance our writing, and this cohort certainly helped.

The BanklessDAO Writers Cohort gives writers the chance to meet and provide genuine feedback on an article each week for four weeks. Whether an experienced writer or not, the frequent shipping schedule gets writers out of their comfort zone, which fosters a sense of intimacy that only comes through shared vulnerability and belonging. These are the kinds of experiences that cohere and support a community. Taptive has the framework for this kind of community building down pat. We'll be running writing cohorts with Taptive for as long as they'll have us!

I am immensely thankful for this invaluable experience, as it has not only enriched my knowledge but also honed my writing skills. 

Participating in this program has undoubtedly been a resounding success for me. 

Along the way, I have had the pleasure of connecting with a diverse community of individuals, and the wealth of insights gained from reading and learning from others has been truly enlightening.

As a novice user of Glide and someone who wanted to take this experience in the writer's community as a chance to "level up" on my writing while having an opportunity to join and create networks in a new cohort, I was very excited to take part in this experience. 

The community feedback, weekly Zoom calls, and the chance to gather feedback from other contributors are great. 

However, I found the cohort experience to be equally valuable. As we all came together, we had our "why" for taking part, and it seemed very team-centric as we all worked to support those "why" for our cohort mates. 

I recommend this experience to others looking into joining a cohort, especially one led by the Taptive team. 

Their attention to detail was great, and their contributions to the weekly Slack group and overall focus on maintaining enthusiasm and a growth mindset were invaluable.

Prior to the writing cohort, I was struggling with writing consistently, having a public discussion on blockchain, and developing a structure for my writing. 

 I'm happy to say that four weeks later, I now write consistently, can publicly speak about blockchain, and follow a set out structure for my writings. 

Taptive's methods are very actionable and this, for me, is the most outstanding part of the cohort. You do as you learn, not later but in the process.

Writing is hard. It's hard to show up on the page, and it's even harder to hit Publish. The Cohort holds people accountable to their aspirations, fosters community, and turns writing and shipping into a habit. The onboarding and workflow of the cohort is very well thought out. Grant breaks down the writing process into three simple steps, encouraging people to show up regularly and gradually work towards a published piece. I strongly recommend the cohort experience led by Taptive because they focus on the ‘how’ of learning—how we share ideas, how we write consistently, and how we deal with resistance.

I am glad that I participated in the Algorizin's Industry Exposure Writing Series powered by Taptive. I always followed the old-school 'Intro-Body-Conclusion' style of writing. It still works yet is monotonous. But, Taptive's writing program is a new whole thing. It excites you to write about topics you're interested in and be comfortable with publishing them publicly. And the peer-led feedback is priceless. I would highly recommend others to experience a Taptive-led cohort without any reservation.
