How intuitive the system is, and how well the different aspects of the system works with each other and how well the development team works to accommodate for your style of practice. They do not just listen they also do! They quickly start on updates/projects to continue to improve their system and keep the users informed and up to date.

Ease of use, lots of very useful integrations. The software is effective and efficient. Great for any busy practices! I do the billing for 4 providers- and Genesis makes it easy for me to keep tabs on claims payments and turnarounds as well as making sure all of the doctor's coding is up to date. There are a lot of built-in features that alert us if something is not up to standard and we would risk not getting reimbursed. Should I have any questions, the Genesis team is already ready to help and answer my questions in a very timely manner. If they don't have the solution- they work it out until they have one.

The fact that Genesis sent Michelle and Amanda to our office to help train us more efficiently speaks volumes to the lengths at which your team will go to assure that clients are taken care of and supported for continued success and growth of the office. Michelle, Amanda, Tabitha and Meg are truly the most amazingly kind and knowledgeable people I've come into contact with (despite my sometimes intense frustrations of opening a new business). There is a learning curve to using Genesis, but once you are used to it the accessibility is amazing. Everything I need to assess the health of my practice at my fingertips whenever I need it. And the team at Genesis is very open to suggestions for improvements, and implements them seamlessly.

An excellent program to help keep us organized. Keeps track of everything we need in the office. I love the unlimited capacity and storage we have to put anything and everything into patient files. And be able to find things in a blink of an eye.
