I have taken several of my sewing machines here for service or repair. From a 1957 Singer to a 2000 something White and a 2016 Janome, Jon has done an excellent job! I now own a Bernina 570 QE and this store has an amazing selection of presser feet and thread. It's conveniently located right off of Rt 104 and you can't miss it. Finally, the staff (Jon and his family) are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business 😊

I believe this is one of the best if not the best Bernina dealers there is. They are very knowledgeable, good customer service, and reasonable priced. I now live in SC but will take my machines there whenever possible. I have attempted to fi d another reputable dealer closer but to no avail.

I ordered a piece for my bernette machine that I couldn’t find anywhere else and when I did everyone was charging $90+ for it. I found it here for $5 + shipping which was so worth it. I got an email to make sure the piece was what I was looking for before it was shipped. I’m so grateful to have found them and will likely shop here again and again.

I brought my sewing machine in for service and they did an excellent job. Jon was super helpful when I called for an update. The price was very reasonable and my sewing machine runs like it is brand new.
