My name is Mariya and was introduced to Solara through a friend who has highly recommended her services and abilities. Until then I had never done conscious breathwork so read a bit about it. Solara did send in advance very comprehensive and helpful instructions as to what the session would entail and how I should prepare. From the very start she was nothing but helpful positive and accommodating. I think not setting expectations as to what you wish to happen, but staying completely open minded and open to everything would trigger best results. Solara has an amazing gift and helped everything that needed to be released, come to fore, to be experienced, heard or seen. I believe, because I was open to it all, that as much as it was possible I saw, felt, released and cleared. It was a very unique experience and I am most grateful that I had the opportunity and the pleasure of meeting the master, experiencing their phenomenal gift and the selflessness it was performed with.
