Radia was my instructor while I attended a leadership course for work. Immediately I could see how passionate, professional, sincere, and genuine she was as a coach/mentor. She has made an instrumental impact and difference in my life. She taught us about important values such as showing empathy to people, giving thanks and praise, being mindful and intentional in everything that we do. Also, if you make a mistake, don’t blame everyone else, just own up, take responsibility, and fix it. 

 She has also helped me personally with sleeping patterns, which have helped me stay refreshed and ready to go every day. 

 Radia has given me the confidence to be a better leader, person, father/son/husband. I am so grateful to have valuable mentors/true friends like Radia as part of my support group.
