
I had done traditional barbell training for years and was ready for a change. I’ve dabbled with kettlebells before and always liked them but never had a structured plan. I tried using AI to create my workouts but it wasn’t ideal. I joined BellPlex and haven’t looked back. Pat does a fantastic job keeping the programming challenging and it’s never redundant. My functional strength has increased, grip strength has dramatically gone up, and my mobility is the best it’s ever been. With kettlebells, I can get a strength and cardio workout in 30-40 minutes. It’s extremely time efficient and the mobility I’ve gained from it can’t be replicated with traditional barbells. The community is great as well. Many people say they joined BellPlex because it is an efficient workout, for people with limited time that can be done in a limited space with limited equipment. And it is all that. But it's so much more! I chose to join BellPlex because of one reason- PAT! I originally started doing Pat's online videos only when I was on vacation or couldn't get to the gym. I tried to incorporate them into my weekly routine, but I needed structure and a class schedule to tell me what I was doing each day. Now I workout with him 4 days a week and LOVE/HATE every minute of it. He makes the workouts fun, pushes you to your limits, but also encourages you to know your limitations. You can tell he truly loves what he does! And the community that comes along with BellPlex is a priceless bonus that I hadn't anticipated. Everybody is so encouraging and friendly, and we challenge and motivate each other to do more. I can't recommend BellPlex enough!
Prior to joining Project Bellplex, I was in a rut. I'd slowly put on weight, was working out somewhat regularly but without a purpose or a plan. I knew I could be accomplishing so much more with a little bit of structure.
The programs are very well structured and done so in a way that builds strength and progression. The follow along videos for each workout not only guide you through the workout, but Pat is also in your ear and urging you to keep pushing to do more, but done so respectfully so as not to make someone feel inadequate if they are not ready.
My only regret is that I did not join sooner.

Before I discovered Bellplex, I was really struggling with structure and progression in my workouts. I was just picking random workouts each day or recycling the same ones I enjoyed, making it all too easy to avoid the exercises I didn't like or found challenging.

As for the Bellplex community, all I can say is WOW. With hundreds of people chatting, encouraging and supporting each other it's unreal. Knowing that others are facing the same struggles as I am and participating in the same training on the same days gives Bellplex an extra edge.

My biggest struggle before Bellplex was time management and consistency. I would 'workout' for 3-4 weeks with no plan, end up sitting on my phone between sets, lose interest, stop for a couple weeks until I felt bad about my physical appearance and start again.
Now... no thought needed. Just hit play and get after it.
My favorite thing about Bellplex is the honesty from Coach Pat. He's not out here telling you that you HAVE to eat clean and take supplements and spend hours in the gym. He's real about it all. Yeah we have families, yeah we all have cheat meals and yeah sometimes we just don't feel like giving it our 100% everyday — and he reassures you that it's alright.

About a year ago I found an old YouTube video of Pats on strength training for Bjj and his style of teaching, attention to detail, personality and no nonsense resonated with me from all the others I saw. I started doing some of his workouts from YouTube and started seeing improvement in my range of motion quick so decided to try the program. Since then, I’ve started unlocking mobility I never had, fixing nagging issues and have gained the stability I was after. In addition, I continue to unlock strength, balance and power and grow in knowledge. Kettlebells have been around forever, but, Pats style of teaching, his programming, his involvement with his members and the community he has built is what will keep me a member of Bellplex! I would and do recommend Bellplex to everyone lol.

I joined in 2025 just after finishing rehab for a shoulder issue and after only a few weeks my mobility improved almost back to pre-injury levels.

I chose BellPlex 2 years ago because I love Pat's attitude toward fitness: do what you love and do it consistently.
The workouts are challenging, fun and super effective.
I used to be scared to pick up heavy weights and didn't believe I was strong enough. That mindset has completely changed, and now I feel absolutely capable.

Prior to BellPlex I was hit or miss with my workouts. I had just started to pickup kettlebells again with some apprehension as I’m 55 and I had flared up my lower back when doing kettlebells in CrossFit years ago. Fast forward to watching a few of Pat’s videos and I jumped headfirst into BP. My strength has seen huge gains , belt size has dropped and my cardio has definitely improved.
