When Amanda and I first connected, she was coming out of one of the toughest seasons of her life.
She had built a bakery in Seattle from a single farmers market stall into a $2.2M operation with a retail store and wholesale arm… and ended up with zero profit and a fire sale.
Then, while earning her MBA and rebuilding her life after cancer, she decided to launch a consulting business to help other owners avoid the mistakes she’d made.
Amanda had the experience and the drive. What she wanted this time was a proven system, real profit discipline, and support.
That’s when she joined my program.
Because of her health and life circumstances, she didn’t sprint out of the gate. Instead, she did something smart: she treated herself like a client. She went through the e-learning weekly, did every exercise, built her own strategic plan, and used the financial and cash-flow tools on her own business first.

Today, Amanda is known as “The Business Chaos Sorter.” She’s built a $20k/month consulting business and is now scaling into group programs and a membership model—this time with profit and cash flow at the center.

When Pete and I first connected, he had just been let go from his corporate HR role and was facing a crowded, uncertain job market.

He was undercharging and over-delivering for 25 years.
This year, he had the biggest month of his career.
Tip came to me with a successful consulting practice.
But like many other experienced consultants, his traditional model was keeping him stuck.
→ He was charging too little for his expertise.

Experience got Jim to $12K a month.
The right tools doubled that in 30 days.
He already had 40+ years of experience in the home services industry.
