Mission Coach Training far exceeded my expectations. It's exciting to be part of a movement that transforms people's relationships with the Lord and transforms how they view themselves for the better. This was my experience and now I get to teach it to others. I feel so blessed!

I was lead to Mission Coach training because I'm a Certified Catholic Coach from Metanoia who helps women self-discover and answer the question, Why did God make me?" According to the Baltimore Catechism, "God created us to know, love, and serve Him in this world, and to be happy with Him forever in the next." The Mission Coach training helped me to know myself better with clarity and intention. I learned how to serve God better and form a closer relationship with Him. All of this self-awareness has brought me hope, joy and a greater sense of purpose. It has been transformative in my personal life and has transformed the lives of the people I coach. This course exceeded my expectations. Its value is not measurable. The fruit keeps replicating.

I was very skeptical starting Mission Coach Training. I had participated in programs like this before and what seemed like a million tests to 'get to know myself'. This training was 100% worth it, and if you are on the fence, do it! Through Mission Coach Training, I not only gained clarity on my current mission in the Church, but also on my role as a wife and a mother. I didn't think gifts like hospitality or developing leaders were that special, but through Mission Coach Training, I discovered that they are powerful enough to have an eternal impact. As a recent stay-at-home mom, I missed unearthing potential and instilling confidence in the college students I used to work with. Mission Coach Training connected the dots that I can bring forth potential and boldness in my children as they grow to be leaders in this culture and the Church. From the moment I discovered Metanoia Academy, something stirred deep within me. - I'm a certified mindset coach with Metanoia Catholic. I signed up for Mission Coach Training because I wanted to take the workshop in a live cohort and experience the transformation. Now, I can't wait to bring it to clients. - The training exceeded my expectations. Erin is very skilled at teaching mentors and coaches. She prayed with us and invited the Holy Spirit in to guide us in our discovery of self knowledge and mission. I first connected with Metanoia Catholic through coaching while I was engaged, and I quickly recognized the immense value it provided! I just finished a 45 minute session of coaching someone. It was so beautiful how God wove the conversation together and how much better my client felt at the end. She was so grateful. It was her first 1:1 session being coached and she was blown away. This is not so much a review of the Academy as it is a thank you to Metanoia for all the training I’ve received and even the vision I now have of even what coaching is. I feel so fulfilled doing this work.

I joined Mission Coach Training having heard about MCA from one of the certfied coaches. Mission coach training rooted in faith appealed to me immediately. Having opportunity to be coached and mentored by other coaches was the best part. And fun too! Before the training, I had been informally helping others in discernment relating to doing the work that is most in line with their talents and gifts, but now - with the tools from this training I gained more confidence. Also, I will add extra bits / questions I have not done before (e.g.Temperament Assessment) Along the training journey I have also found a new path to follow which is very exciting! If you are considering this training, I would say - do your homework and come prepared to sessions, with open heart and mind! If it gets too overwhelming - connect with others. It really helps!:)

I have thoroughly enjoyed this course and all I have learned. Each week, I was able to apply new concepts to my coaching work. I appreciated the integration of the temperaments, APEST, and prayer into the discernment process. Mission Coach Training has been a blessing as I continue to serve women in ministry.

. I was attracted to this mission coach training because of the way it was packaged. Fabulous facilitation guides, and workshop sequence. . Erin is an excellent teacher. She makes the complicated simple and engaging. .My most transformative experience was discovering in greater detail my person God given mission. .This training gave me the confidence and energy I needed to launch. .This training is a must for anyone coaching or in accompaniment with someone discerning their God given mission.

I first heard about Metanoia Catholic as a reference to discover more about Temperaments.... I tuned in and watched their podcasts on the series, which was interesting enough. Then up came their 4-part series on Discernment!! It was perfect timing for me as I enter into retirement and had a yearning and calling to do more. Halfway through the first session, I paused and exclaimed out loud, "This stuff is so good!! I want to teach this!!!" and that was the beginning of my journey. When I explored the Catholic Coaching certification, I didn't even know it was about mindset coaching, but boy is it even more than that! This is a discovery into yourself and your Creator. I signed up for the Catholic Coaching Foundation course (the last cohort) and discovered how the mind works. Rooted in Catholic anthropology, this has deepened my understanding of God's love for me. The Mission Coach Training seemed like a natural progression and offers workshop material in a structured package that was attractive to my teaching talents and style. The more I delve into the exercises, the more ME I become. For me, it's not so much a new discovery, but more of an, "AHA, that makes sense now". The revelation that I was created in love to be unique and to become more of the divine who lives in me in the way only I can, has been the most self-loving experience. I have become more entertained by ME, more in love and grateful to my Creator and am propelled to grow into the role He has created me for. I am beginning to teach and share with more conviction and confidence. The journey is one of truth and knowing that gives me such freedom. Freedom to launch the material and watch as God works His way into the lives of those who listen. If you want to help people who are yearning for purpose, or who have become complacent, Mission Coach Training gives you the tools and structure to lead others in mission. The material is deep but simple and structured in a package that is ready for delivery/roll out. At Metanoia Catholic, I found a community of coaches that makes me feel at home, welcomed, supported and empowered, the mystical body of Christ, drawn together in prayer, truth and faith!

Mission Coach training has been a game changer for me! I’ve received different forms of counseling most of my adult life, but have never had a therapist take me through a process of discovering who I really am , the unique way God created and wired me. Metanoia Catholic helped me uncover my strengths and weaknesses in a way that I have a deeper understanding of why I feel and act the way I do. The training also helped me understand the unique gifts in other people as well. Working in a group setting with others in the training was amazing! Sharing core beliefs about our faith fostered a unique bond in supporting one another through prayer and coaching sessions. I joined Mission Coach Training in order to expand my toolbox for forming/guiding others in their spiritual and apostolic life. The key components for me were listening, praying and then reflecting on the insights i was receiving through the different sessions. GOING THRU the Process was the most valuable part. I would say that I am listening more attentively and encouraging others to look into to their own talents and gifts. I will be happy to recommend this to others!
