I can’t recommend the Dad Unit enough. The biggest thing Shawn gave me wasn’t just a workout or meal plan. He gave me a system that actually fit into real life as a husband, dad, and business owner (that I can continue even after the inital 90 days). Just completed the 90-day Mom Unit program and can confidently say it was one of the most impactful things I’ve done for my health. For some background info: I’m a PA, mom of 2 toddler boys (3 & 4 years old) and married to a firefighter who is gone for long periods of time. I am BUSY. And over the past 3 months, I lost 14.2 pounds. More importantly, I completely changed my relationship with food and fitness. This program is absolutely phenomenal. You really have no choice but to make change and be held accountable. The first week or two feel completely overwhelming, but by the end, you have built habits that are part of you. The support from Courtney and Shawn and the team is incredible.
