You have created a monster, a nice monster, but a monster nonetheless. Attending the Bona Fide class was the spark that gave the monster life. I cannot even begin to condense that day, that class, that experience into coherent thought except to say that my life was forever changed in a fantastic way. As Sir Anthony Hopkins stated in a forum in 2025, "Don't wait." Life passes us all by too quickly and if we wait until it is too late, we squander the opportunity to truly live. Don't wait until the time is "right" to take the Bona Fide class. Do it NOW!

Hi Folks My name is Dan Siudut. For the past 40 years, I've worked in the food manufacturing business located in New England. I recently attended the Portals and the 12 Languages class at the Wizard Academy. Like the other classes I have attended there, "Portals" was excellent! I can't say enough about the instructor Dave Young. Dave's definitely passionate about this topic. He's an intriguing man that effortlessly keeps the class engaged. If you haven't attended a class at the Wizard Academy, I highly recommend. - Tremendous instructors - Amazing Facility - Most importantly, they have created an atmosphere that allows people from all social strata, to tap into their imagination/creativity. Then collaborate with their classmates throughout the day. It's not often that I run into a place that honestly makes a difference. W.A. certainly does. I can't wait to attend another class ASAP.

I am a graduate of multiple Wizard Academy courses.
I go to the Academy for the unusual and deep ideas that are the ethos of this delightful and whimsical campus.

Portals was, by far, the most mysterious and creative class I've had at the Wizard Academy. "What? More magical than MAGICAL WORLDS, the flagship course of the Academy?"

Yes. I would say even more magical than MAGICAL WORLDS. And that's because of the teaching style of Dave Young, the Vice Chancellor and instructor for this course. Dave's style is a little more relaxed than some of the other instructors. He's chill; that's what I'm saying. In this course he uses photography as an illustration of how Portals transform our experience of life.

It's a nice change to use a visual medium instead of the traditional writing exercises we have in most of the Wizard courses. It's an artsy class with cool people and a professor who makes you laugh while teaching you the creative philosophy of PORTALS. Don't miss this one, Wizards!

I dislike other folks' advice, their methods, and music cacophoning from their cars. Wizard Academy won me over on the first two and did not poke the bear on the third. I'm a good writer who got better in just two days in the wizard's tower. It was fun and fast, like a movie training montage without all the nasty time, trial, and error. The only more compact learning experience would be Roy Williams distilled in pill form, though you'd miss all his charm and the grandeur of the Campus. My fellow students were absolutely bursting with life at every age and each newcomer (as I was) became instant family. If I ever needed a couch to crash on or maybe a spare kidney, I wouldn't have to ask the fam twice. I'd love to fly back, but my wife has forbidden me unless I take her too. She's on to something.

I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to be on the cutting edge of how the world of business is changing.

Applied Wordsmithing 1 enhanced my abilities to communicate at work and added some gravitas to my superpower: writing. In my daylighting life, I pretend to be an IT geek at a utility company. Corporate America can be a very bland place. The strategies and techniques I acquired at Wizard Academy have improved my reasoning, explaining, and persuading skills. I just communicate better thanks to my time at Wizard Academy. In my moonlighting life, I write. It's my chief creative outlet and keeps me from going insane. Applied Wordsmithing 1 impacted my authoring skills profoundly. I not only discover opportunities to entertain, enliven, and delight (with my prose) that I didn't previously imagine, I can immediately spot uninspired prose, and imagine how it could be better. As my office persona, I am regularly relied upon to proofread emails, documentation, and other content to "spiff it up" a bit. That I have become the go to guy on my team for improving written content is in no small part due to the sorcerers at Wizard Academy. It truly is an uncommon training joint. And that makes it unique and wonderful (and powerful). It's a delightful place to visit and learn.

If Willy Wonka ran a business school, it would look a lot like Wizard Academy. Here, one-of-a-kind courses stand alone as powerful experiences, yet somehow become even more transformative when you connect them. It is mind-expanding and soul-settling in the same breath, set on a campus that hums with a quiet, mysterious energy. Just steps from the central gathering place, where conversations shift from practical to profound in a heartbeat, is the Whiskey Vault, a library lined not with books, but with hundreds, maybe thousands, of bottles from around the world. The food is generous and unforgettable. The purple coffee, wine to the uninitiated, flows freely for those who choose to partake, and in some courses, a little drink is not just welcome, it is part of the learning. The knowledge is forged in reality, shaped by experience, and delivered by people who have lived what they teach. The people you meet here become more than contacts, they are allies. And somewhere along the way, a moment of pure clarity will arrive, shifting how you see your work, your life, or yourself. Wizard Academy is more than education. It is a place, an experience, and a community you will carry with you long after you have gone. Look through the courses. Pick one. And when you arrive, be ready for the moment you didn’t know you were looking for.

I’m Len Clark, part journalist, part storyteller, part leadership archaeologist, digging up timeless truths from the halls of Notre Dame and polishing them for today’s leaders. My latest treasure is Vision, Values, and Victories: Notre Dame-Style Leadership, a book that blends history, heart, and a dash of Irish grit to inspire those who lead and those who aspire.

The Wizard Academy didn’t just hand me a new set of tools, it rearranged the furniture in my brain. Suddenly, ideas I’d kept in separate rooms were hosting dinner parties together. The class cracked open new ways to frame stories, to merge tradition with tech, and to invite readers into the kind of leadership journey that sticks with them long after the last page.

The air is different here. You breathe it in and suddenly the rules you thought were carved in stone turn into chalk and ready to be redrawn. You’re surrounded by curious minds, fearless dreamers, and people who don’t just think outside the box… they repurpose the box into a racecar. It’s not a class. It’s a catalyst. And the sparks it throws are already lighting up my work. Not to mention the wine.

Len Clark
