As part of the Digital Mentors Incubator program, I went through the Coaching Accelerator Audit and the full 4-part Playbook (Marketing Diagnosis, Offers & Growth Model, Marketing Toolkit, and 90-Day Action Plan) — and it was honestly one of the most clarifying things I’ve done for my business.
What motivated me to join the Incubator was this feeling that I had a big idea I knew was needed but it wasn’t translating into actual clients. Something was missing, I just couldn’t see it clearly.
The audit made it very clear.
My biggest takeaway was realizing that while my work is deep, unique, and truly resonates with my ideal client… there was no clear pathway for them to actually step into working with me.
The Audit didn’t just point that out — they showed me exactly how to fix it with the Playbooks.
Some of the most valuable shifts for me were:
Structuring and clearly naming my offers (instead of presenting a mix of modalities)
Creating a low-friction entry point that builds trust before asking for a call
Understanding that depth alone doesn’t convert — it needs structure behind it
Having a step-by-step 90-day plan I can actually follow and implement
It also really validated my work. They reflected back that my approach — blending nervous system support, hormones, and energy work — is genuinely unique, which helped me own that more in my messaging.
I would absolutely recommend the Incubator program and the Coaching Accelerator Audit to anyone who feels like their business is “almost working” but not converting, or want to grow their business further. If I could suggest any improvement, it would be that parts of the audit can feel confronting at first — but that’s also what makes it so effective. It brings a level of clarity you can’t ignore.

I have been a member of this community for about 18 months and have been a big fan for the amount and quality of coaching I have received. During that time we had the core building blocks of our programs - ideal clients, products, value, messaging, etc. All backed by personal attention. Within the last few months, the DM team has brought massive updates in the program using advanced AI tools that have been a boon to being able to create valuable content, better messaging clarity and improved consistency to our programs. In the latest editions, the Audit showed me some things about my program that I probably knew in the background were not working - namely the website I inherited from my old franchise but is not updated with my new niche and messages. The audit made me realize that while my LI posts and newsletters were good, I was actually hurting my efforts because my old website was not aligned with my new messaging. The Audit and Playbook pointed steps to take to make the changes which will bring my LI and Web messaging into alignment and create a more coherent and cohesive face to my market. I am working to pull that together and hope to see the benefit in getting more opportunities from my audience. And now I am anticipating the new capabilities that will bring a full marketing team presence to my program. That will be awesome.
