I struggled with insomnia for over 20 years and tried a huge number of approaches to make it better. The End Insomnia System was the first mix of knowledge and practice that truly had a dramatic impact on my sleep, so much so that I don't really think of sleep with any negativity at all anymore despite my long negative history with it. Rather than providing a new set of rituals and interventions, End Insomnia provided a completely different perspective, changing how I viewed insomnia and its impact, resulting in it losing its control over me. Specifically, it showed how my existing attempts were actually hurting rather than helping, and explained very clearly how to think about insomnia in a completely different way. The impact has been dramatic - I don't fear sleeping anymore, I don't waste loads of time on a load of specific sleep rituals and rigid beliefs, and the reduced anxiety related to sleep has reduced anxiety in other areas of my life as well. 100% recommend to anyone with any sort of sleep issues, and really anyone with recurring anxiety of any kind will likely benefit from the mindset shifts.

My insomnia started when I got pregnant with my 4th child. It hit me so hard and I would go weeks without getting a drop of sleep. I was soooo miserable! Between being pregnant and having 3 young kids to take care of, I was falling apart. I was trying something new practically every night to help me get some sleep and NOTHING worked!! I tried all the sleep hygiene, herbs, teas, sleeping pills, etc and just didn't find any relief.  And being pregnant I was limited on what I could take. My whole life focused around my insomnia because I didnt want to go through another night or another day feeling this way! And than I found Ivos program and it was life changing. Once I started applying what I was learning it was day and night difference for me!! I was sooo beyond grateful that I came across his program early on and didn't have to deal with insomnia for years like most people. Thank you for all the help and support through my journey!! I sooo appreciate it 🙏

This System is the first time I have felt that my battle with insomnia has been completely understood. I've struggled for 19 years with Insomnia, tried Hypnosis 4 times over the years, special lights, pills, a Sleep Psychologist, basically anything I could find; everything helped for a little while, but then I'd be right back where I started. This system has helped me understand why my body has become programmed in this way which was so enlightening, I feel empowered, and my attitude to insomnia has completely changed; I no longer worry about whether I'll sleep or not; I wish I could express how this change in my attitude has been so liberating, I no longer feel like I'm dragging my insomnia around with me! Thank you for putting out your program to the public. I've had insomnia for nearly 10 years until now. I'm one of those who took your program and ran with it. I loved the imformation and homework. I followed it religiously. It only took me about a month or so to start sleeping regularly. I could hardly believe it. I continue with the meditation because I'm now in the habit and I like it so its a win win. I'll just finish and say I never learned so much about myself either. Thanks for all your hard work. Without it I would'nt have conquered my insomnia.

Due to some situational problems I developed insomnia that seemed intractable. I needed to take a sleeping pill every night or I would be awake for hours. I had anxiety issues and was also taking an antidepressant. When my anxiety settled I still had severe insomnia. I knew it was a developed habit by now and that I needed to accept and let go of my fear of not sleeping. The End Insomnia System reassured me in so many ways. It helped me to reframe, accept and let go, time and time again. Slowly, over a year or so, I was able to reduce the sleeping pills and happily now, I have been sleeping beautifully without pills, for a few months. Your reminders to sit with insomnia (knowing I would be alright both at night and in the morning, even with reduced sleep) and not beating myself up if I ended up taking a sleeping pill enabled me to reduce my anxiety enough to actually begin to sleep. I thank you again for your approach and useful data and encouragement. It created the support I needed to help myself. Gratefully, Lin

I can’t emphasize enough the need for this to exist, as most of the ways we naturally try to help ourselves when we can't sleep are counterproductive. The system is valuable because it goes beyond the classic advice given about insomnia and addresses the most important part of this issue: the psychological aspect.
