Since I finished my Masters, I've kept the "learner" mindset through lots of reading, online courses and webinars. It's been either a response to the different roles I've played within the field of sustainability, or a choice I've made trying to stay as far away as possible from the Dunning–Kruger effect. Or both. One of the things I like to learn is about different rules and mechanisms used to share information. When it comes to sustainability, I've been learning about the channels used by companies for sharing all the social and environmental information they gather related to their activities. What do they share exactly? How do they do it? Recently, I completed this course on European Sustainability Reporting Standards from the Palau Project. The ESRS present a structured approach for companies to communicate their sustainability initiatives and impacts. Thank you so much for developing and sharing this tool. It has significantly streamlined the comprehension of ESRS standards, presenting them clearly and precisely through an intelligent interface layout. Moreover, the ability to expand individual components of the datapoints list greatly facilitates the process of conducting any gap analysis. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Just a little question, since many companies will transition from GRI standards to the new ESRS, wouldn't it be helpful to add, where applicable, the former GRI references alongside the new ESRS? (I refer to the Excel file published by GRI to facilitate the transition to the new ESRS, called ESRS-GRI Standards Data Point Mapping, available at globalreporting.org/umbraco/Surface/ResourceCentre/PopupResource?id=25136)
