I can honestly say Evolve is the best training I have ever gone through. I would recommend it to random people on the streets, it was such a powerful course. The conversational skills taught throughout this course are life changing. Being able to see things in a way where it's just an objective problem and learning how to not tie your own story to it was literally life changing. How I have approached tough situations at work and my personal life has changed thanks to Alex and his team. I feel extremely confident that my leadership skills have and will continue to improve as I practice these skills every day. Absolutely loved the program

Yes. My experience with Evolve has been great because the training is not just applying what you learn at work, it also applies at home. Every module that I was trained on adapts to real life scenarios and I know I have become a much better communicator & listener with work and at home.

This is not your standard powerpoint training with a quiz at the end. This training will take you through the process of how to use very simple techniques to listen, pause, choose your words, and effectively communicate with others in a way that increases their psychological safety.

Evolve not only gave me the tools to become a better communicator, but a better person.
