I fell in LOVE. As usual the realestate called to follow up but we had nothing in place- no finance no broker. I had already resorted to the fact we wouldn’t get the house because I knew so much needed to be done re speaking to a broker and getting finance sorted. The following week I took my husband to see the house- he too fell in love. I could not stop thinking about this house and the day after I showed my husband I emailed Kobe, on a Sunday mind you! I fell in LOVE. As usual the realestate called to follow up but we had nothing in place- no finance no broker. I fell in LOVE. As usual the realestate called to follow up but we had nothing in place- no finance no broker. I had already resorted to the fact we wouldn’t get the house because I knew so much needed to be done re speaking to a broker and getting finance sorted. The following week I took my husband to see the house- he too fell in love. I could not stop thinking about this house and the day after I showed my husband I emailed Kobe, on a Sunday mind you! You need Kobe! Do not pass go, do not collect $200, just speak with Kobe for any broker questions! She is the best we have come across. On the 22/03/25- I looked at a house… just to look. I fell in LOVE. As usual the realestate called to follow up but we had nothing in place- no finance no broker. I had already resorted to the fact we wouldn’t get the house because I knew so much needed to be done re speaking to a broker and getting finance sorted. The following week I took my husband to see the house- he too fell in love. I could not stop thinking about this house and the day after I showed my husband I emailed Kobe, on a Sunday mind you! She replied and we set up a call for the Monday night. My biggest thing was to have a broker with good communication!! She absolutely nailed this for us, and everything else in the process. From that call on the Monday night to the Friday we had submitted for pre approval…. And skip a whole heap of well communicated organized steps and Well… we got the house (still waiting for settlement) but because of Kobe’s hard work, good communication, dedication to us in helping us, numerous text messages and unplanned phone calls to answer my stressed questions, she did this for us! Kobe got us our house!! If you need a broker, you need Kobe!! Kobe, we are so grateful and thankful for you!! Thank you for what you have done for us! You are the best!
