Great accountants and customer service. I really like how quick the turnaround time is. They made it easy for my bakery to deal with all the work during tax season. I have to deal with a lot so this made my life easier. Also they speak Chinese so it helps when my bakery manager talks to them.

Great service and went above and beyond. Their accounting team knows what they’re doing and are experts in their field. Even though I’m not in the same city as them, they do everything great via email. I appreciate this especially since old school spots need you to visit their office.

My dad runs a local mom and pops shop restaurant in Brooklyn New York. The accountant we typically use closed down and I was scrambling to find a new one. One of my coworkers recommended Alex and his team at Flex Tax. It’s great because I can use my broken Chinese and my dad can use his broken English and their team is great with helping us figure out our taxes. The bilingual team really helped a lot because there were some things I couldn’t translate and same with my dad. Their part time CFO service is something I would consider using next year as I already had a great experience with them. Glad I found them to help my dad with his butcher shop.

My brother opened a gym and he had a lot of issues on the finance and accounting side. I helped him do some research and calls and found Flex Tax. I read some of their reviews and reached out to them. I really like how they were able to lay out so many things I needed. It’s like they knew what I woudl ask before I did. I guess it’s because they’re professionals so of course they know what they’re doing and what I’ll ask haha. Hope to keep using them!

I’ve been using Flex Tax for my baking business the last three years. I would describe their work as quick, efficient and organized. They are always on top of what I need and they’re able to help me solve all my accounting issues. Im not great with math or organizing so this helps a lot for me! Will continue using them. Their rate is also great compared to the other quotes that I’ve got.

I like their part time CFO service. I help my mom’s nail salon do all their accounting stuff but because I don’t have an accountant degree, I’m never sure if I’m doing all the right things. When I was recommended Flex Tax, I wasn’t sure because I’ve never trusted others to do the work. They exceeded my expectations and took care of everything and more for me. So glad I used them and it’s my second year using them so I wanted to write them a review!

Love the help that the team did. I liked their team and how they were good with doing the work I didn't want to do. Tax season is done easier now that I use Flex Tax. I wish I used them earlier because they were very nice and easy to use. My favorite part is the fact that they were very professional and communication was easy for me since my English is not too good. They were very patient with me.

My mom's cleaning company needed some accounting done for them. They've been doing things very manually and old school and Flex Tax was recommended by two of my friends who also own small businesses. We used the part time CFO service and was able to get all the manual work off me and my mom's plate. It helped us both a lot and I'm glad we went with their service.

I went online to find a tax expert that could answer questions about surrogacy related tax exemptions. I read that a CPA could submit a PLR (Private Letter Ruling) to the IRS so we would be able to claim those medical expenses. After giving Flex Tax our earning and surrogacy costs information, I asked them if it is worth the cost of trying to do the surrogacy exemption on our taxes or if we would be paying more for the service than we are getting back by filing this medical expense. They got back to me within an hour with a very comprehensive answer that even included documentation from the IRS (names redacted) that had declined another couple that tried to do the same thing. I appreciate that they have already had experience with this type of request and that they didn't waste my time or money in a unfruitful pursuit.
I spoke with another CPA that needed to know all of our finances and investments in order "to do an analysis to get a projected cost to write a PLR."
