I really like the ease of use of the Folks HR platform. Its overall look is very intuitive and doesn't require too long of a training to understand how it works. The support I received, especially from Jean-Simon Bolduc, was excellent. He helps us step by step, always available to answer our questions, which made the integration very successful. Without this support, the integration might have been more difficult, but with his help, everything went very well.

Folks: an intuitive HR tool that simplifies leave, timesheets, and hiring Folks is an HR tool that we quickly adopted... and that we wouldn't want to do without! The management of leave and vacation requests is simple, clear, and really effective. The timesheet is also a big plus: it allows for easy transmission of hours to be paid to payroll, without any hassle. We particularly appreciate the document resources section, which centralizes all HR documentation in one place—a real time-saver on a daily basis. The electronic signing of hiring documents is also super convenient and greatly simplifies our processes. But above all, what sets Folks apart is its ease of use. No need to be an expert in software configuration: getting started is quick and intuitive.

I found Folks HR easy to use. The layout is clear, and everything feels organized in a way that is simple to follow. It helps save time with tasks like tracking time off, since you do not need to contact your manager or HR staff directly. I also appreciated the customer support. When I had questions or ran into something I didn’t understand, even if our HR staff had to reach out to Folks HR, the response came back quickly and was helpful. The software seems to handle the basic HR functions well and keeps everything in one place. I have been using Folks HR for a couple of years. Getting started was smooth. Our HR team took care of the setup, and learning to use it was straightforward. Overall, it has been a useful tool for handling everyday HR tasks and saving time.

Pros: I love that everything is on the main page now. Everything you need is right there. As soon as you sign in, all your info is on the main screen that an employee would need to see at first glance. Very user friendly! Cons: you know what, I love everything about this program. NO cons from where I'm sitting :) Overall: 10/10 would highly recommend for everyone to use. The program is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

FolksHR has been a complete game changer for streamlining our internal processes and workflows. Since implementing it around 6 months ago, we've eliminated nearly all our manual spreadsheets and calendar tracking but centralizing performance management, time away and onboarding. The automations, especially for performance, certifications and onboarding, has removed a lot of the admin bottlenecks that used to slow us down. I like that everything is grouped in one place with Folks HR, including the employee file, vacation requests, training certificates, management of the 1% law, and electronic signatures... The employee file stands out particularly, as everything from the contract to disciplinary measures is centralized in one place. Moreover, the initial setup experience was very well guided with tailored web training.

Our organization was new to using an HR software when we made the decision to try FOLKS HR. Our employees have found it to be very user friendly, easy to navigate and find the information you are looking for. It provides a cost effective to manage your employee data and HR related tasks all in one convenient spot. We found the implementation process quite easy and the training provide was great. The ongoing support is very quick and efficent. No downsides to using this software. In the future I know that they will continue to enhance the product and I look forward to more report features and customizations.

Folks HR combines everything that an HR professionnal deals with everyday. I reasearched a s solution for a year before I could conclude that Folks HR had everything I needed in 1 solution! This app changed how we operate as a mid-side business and it's the best decision we took for the future of our company. I love this solution and I recommand it to every business owner who needs an easy, user friendly, combined solution to operate! The confioguration of it is long, but worth it. Implimenting it takes times as well, but Folks HR team helps out every step of the way!

Overall I am pleased that our organization moved to an online HR system that is as robust as Folks HR. After using the Folks HR system for the first 20 minutes, it was easy to understand how to use the system. It takes me 5 to 10 minutes out of my week to enter my information into my timesheets. The only thing I would critique is when the user enters their Timesheet hours into the text boxes. The text boxes seem to be slanted towards the right of the dates on top. Perhaps, this can be straighten out.

Very simple to use. Management of sick leave, vacations, and time off in the same place. Employees make their requests via the platform and it's easy for them to also see what they have left in terms of leave, vacations, and sick days. Quick responses when we have an issue. We cannot set the anniversary date for the renewal of the banks. It must be the same date for everyone.

Compared to other HRIS that we've used, set-up was easy, maintenance is a piece of cake, the price is incredible and customer support is superb. Folks HR does everything our organization needs it to do at a very reasonable monthly cost. The set-up was relatively easy and their customer support is excellent. Nothing that I like the least, in fact, the opposite. They keep improving the platform and sometimes that means that training tools are a bit out of date, but a quick email to customer support gets things straightened out quickly.

Awesome system - integrates directly with our timesheet app AND payroll system (EmployeurD/Nethris) [What I like most about Folks is that] it regroups everything about our staff and allow for reports and synthesis of all of our data. As it integrates with both Voilà (Timesheets & Scheduling) and our payroll system (EmployeurD/Nethris), the hiring process is much easier than before and we save a lot of time ! Our store managers can complete their part of the hiring process, and we at HR have access to all the info, in order to complete the process on our end!

We didn’t previously have an HRIS, so in doing our research and meeting with various options, FolksHR came out on top. With a team based in Canada, and clients similar in size to ours, it was clear that it was the best fit.
