He was running late because of the rain. My appointment was for 4-6. Even though he had a full day he still came at 6pm. He also helped to assemble by futon frame after emptying the pod. Nice guys.

Ryan was unable to help me at first. I was outside his service zone. I'm disabled and needed help moving items I had bought at auction in NH. This is not a highly skilled service but it is a very needed service. I understood why he couldn't help me. When I said that I would have to forfeit the paid for items or hang out at the local gas station near the auction house until I could find a person who would do it for the cash I was offering, he said he would make the drive. I gave him more than he would have charged me because he was very nice, quick to respond (every time), understanding, and very polite. He met me at the address the next morning and was just as great in person as over text. The auctioneer showed him where the stairs were and he began hauling the items out. He thoughtfully packed them into my vehicle. I would have lost my money and nothing to show for it if he was not the person he is. I have his card and his number in my phone and will definitely hire him again. He's thorough, friendly and reasonable. You can't expect anything more from a person. I would hire him for the projects he has listed because I have no reason to doubt his ability to handle the job and be professional.

My advice is that you should call Ryan first. I needed to have a mattress moved a distance of 1.4 miles and he responded promptly to my call and gave me a quote. He arrived on time and completed the job. I will call him again when I need help. Autumn yard work will soon be here. He is professional, polite and efficient. Believe me, call him first.
