We run 3 different businesses with the same staff so taking the time to think and put down on paper what we do, why we do it, and what we do both right and wrong, was extremely helpful for us. Further, mapping it all out on the Fulfillment Planners help us identify gaps in our system as well as open our eyes to how many of us didn't know what was going on in other departments. For my own role in Operations, the Meeting Rhythm Planner was very helpful because it eliminated a ton of last minute meetings. Knowing we have specific meetings already scheduled for the year lets me plan and come prepared, but also helps me understand when something is truly an emergency that requires an immediate huddle. If you are running just one business where you sell a specific product or range of services, and you feel a little lost, like you don't know how you're going to scale to the next level, I would recommend this program. At the very least it will help you identify or remember why you're doing this in the first place and how you intend to continue doing it, successfully, without burnout, in the future.

Our small company's revenue had grown significantly over a couple years, and we were in need of systems and considerations to help us continue the growth. The Get Scalable Accelerator program was great in providing 1-on-1 coaching and guidance with an advisor. Belinda is wonderful! The members site is also so very helpful with its wealth of resources - additional meeting opportunities, instructional videos and recordings, and valuable toolboxes, frameworks, and AI assistants. Before partnering with Scalable, we were running into several roadblocks with our initial implementation of EOS. On paper, we had done everything “right”—we had checked all the boxes—but we still weren’t gaining real traction. Our scorecard was solid and our KPIs were clearly defined, yet we struggled to identify the underlying issues driving those numbers. It felt like we were measuring everything but not actually moving anything. We were also stuck when it came to defining our key processes. We didn’t want to spend time creating overly detailed procedures that would end up sitting on a shelf, but we also knew we needed documented processes if we were ever going to scale effectively. We were caught between those two realities and couldn’t find a path forward. Scalable has helped us break through that wall by aligning our key processes directly with our business objectives and KPIs. Instead of building processes for the sake of documentation, we’re now building the ones that drive performance and support our growth. Although improving our profitability is still very much a work in progress, the most impactful strategy we’ve implemented from Scalable.co has been redefining our strategic objectives using the Clarity Compass. My husband Kris and I read E-Myth a few years ago and were already very aware that we had become the bottleneck in our business because we didn't have systems in place and always had to be available to manage everyone and everything (leading to no real growth, progress or the ability to take vacations!). We'd made some attempts to implement systems, some successful and some not, but once we started watching Ryan's videos it really "clicked" with us. Eventually, we decided to reach out to the Scalable team and then made the leap to join the program. We're so glad we did!! We're only a few months in but already we've put together most of our OS and have employees taking ownership of their critical accountability bullets and playbooks, real metrics to look at, clarity for where we want to go and how we want to get there, and honestly, HOPE for the first time in several years that we really can scale and we're not stuck at this point forever. We still have a ton of learning and work cut out for us, but now we feel excited to do it whereas before we just felt overwhelmed and even resentful towards our business. Doing the regular calls with Belinda, our advisor, has helped us stay on track and understand the process as we go through it. The way the program is broken down walks you clearly through each part of setting up your OS and makes sure you understand what you're doing and why. It's not just a fancy proprietary system that you "implement" and then never actually use on a day-to-day basis, but more of a real tool (or library of tools!) that you tailor to your individual business and truly continue to run everything with. We're actually simultaneously setting up the same OS for our investment properties business and even our daughter has learned to use value engines and playbooks for the small retail business she works at. What's really great is seeing employees get excited and start bringing ideas to the table. Some of the small things that have trickled down from us being more organized and enthusiastic already seem to be boosting morale and making everyone feel like they're part of a team that's going somewhere. While not fully complete as there was some difficulty adapting our system to the weekly scorecard, the assistance we received in meeting cadence and thinking through goal setting has been very helpful.

When I first noticed Scalable, it was CEO Ryan Deiss offering me a CEO Dashboard for free. I didn't realize the cost of the program if I wanted the training and support that went with using the dashboard but because I was really struggling with planning, growing my business (I didn't even know what 'scaling' meant!), I decided to sign up for a year. My business was growing in size but not in profitability, in revenue but also in expenses. I had many employees but we really didn't understand what roles were. As mentioned, the biggest surprise was the cost, but once I realized the value in that, it was a non-issue. The best surprise, though, was how available the CEO and the rest of their leadership team remain to me and my team when we have questions or concerns about the process. I really appreciate the Dashboard and the scalable live chats as well as recorded videos so you can go back and watch again as a refresher, but I really believe that my Clarity Compass - once it's completed - will be my most-used tool in this toolbox. Since starting the program, I have noticed that I am handing off more decisions to people I trusted enough to hire but never enough to actually let them do their jobs instead of me doing them for them. I've learned freedom from feeling I had to do everything myself, I've learned better hiring practices, I've learned how to plan and trust people to follow the plan. I would definitely recommend this program to any entrepreneur who isn't 100% happy with their business. Scalable was not inexpensive but I already feel that it was worth paying for and I really haven't fully reaped the rewards on it yet. My advice - find the money and take the program, it's life-altering.
