I used to have to take NSAIDs for my back and shoulder, but I find that with the sauna, I no longer need to take them. Makes me feel great, and it's helping both my pain and weight management. This thing is the best purchase I have ever made. It cured my wife's carpal tunnel syndrome. She went to the doctor and was facing surgery. It cured my gout. I have an Oura ring, and it measures my sleep stages. I always get more REM sleep after using it. If you Google any of this, it will usually say more research is needed. We love our Sunlighten Amplify III! The quality of the cabinetry, the fit and finish, is outstanding. Tolerances are very tight. Excellent wood grade used and very nice finishes. So the sauna looks terrific. The sauna experience is fantastic. Frankly, compared to the steam sauna in our last home, we're shocked how good the sauna is. Easily reaches and maintains 155 degrees. The heat is consistent throughout the sauna space. No cold or hot spots. Feels great. The sauna controls are very well designed and easy to use. Good options available for every type of experience from very hot and intense to gentle and comfortable. The audio sounds wonderful and the Bluetooth connects right away every time. In summary, much better than expected and worth every penny.
