Finally finished a full GHL website setup: with VSL landing page, forms, calendar, newsletter and automations with 7x email nurture sequence, call follow up and reminders.. All set ready to go! :) Now with low and mid ticket offers. Last two things to do is just to build out the first intro ProActive phase of the Skool then back into the IG Content Creation Calendar (maybe a future course?) to bring in more traffic and members.

Been doing this for quite sometime, but switched up my strategy to pitching info clients after watching a lot from the classroom, and the gap i saw was that a lot of people in the Balkans had huge following but didn't knew how to monetize. So i came in like an "info operator agency partner" who completely creates everything for them from offers, funnels, webinars and invests in ads for them which helped me charged them anywhere from 33% - 50% which increased my recurring agency 3x times in the last month and these clients are just getting more and more revenue now. Got like 4 new partnership clients after implementing this offer for my agency.

I used to use pushy tactics to try and force sales, which just caused stress. Your strategy of 'thinking like a doctor' completely changed my perspective and brought a sense of calmness to my business process. I’m setting up Ai personalization. Not the easy prompts. Got my first client this past weekend. Have them write me 3 different stories. About personal life, work, and something exciting. Break down sentence structure. Fast and punchy, long and drawn out, dry humor, etc. then go into settings and make ai sound just like them. Haven’t found the sweet spot yet for how much I can charge. First customer was warm market but definitely see this as a solution to the robotic sound of Ai.
