Levellr is my main platform. We needed a Discord professional platform, and I quickly realised no other provider was at the same level as Levellr.

1. Discord offers rich qualitative interaction but limited quantitative insight into behaviors, retention, and sentiment trends. We relied heavily on manual tracking and multiple tools, which made it difficult to identify which activities actually drove engagement or retention.  2. Qualitative sentiment collection is one of the most important parts when managing a gaming community on Discord. Social listening and Keyword tracking made life easier and helped us find the exact sentiment we are looking for. 

3. If you own a Discord server full of gamers or plan to open one, you should definitely invest into Levellr instead of multiple tools. Understanding your community might seem easy, but once your server is getting well populated you will lose oversight, Levellr will make sure you won't.
