I had been following Liam for a while on social media and listened to his podcasts before signing up for the GCLP for resume and application support. My biggest learning from the incredible content revolved around the impact of a limiting mindset. By going through the modules and attending the drop in sessions I was able to discover and explore where I was holding myself back and remove the block to move on - amazing!!. Having a platform that lets you pace yourself through content with the added opportunity of face to face discussions was invaluable in the job application process and helped me to feel very confident when applying for roles and interviewing in a variety of areas that I would not have previously considered. I would recommend Liam and Anj to anyone who is applying for jobs, looking for change, feels burned out or is unsure of how the process all works. They are approachable, knowledgeable and provide 110% support and encouragement to help you in whatever capacity you need. You need to do the work and show up and they are there to help you all the way!!

If you want to be successful in your job change, application and interview processes, you need to contact Liam Caswell and his team. I was desperate to find a qualified person for interview coaching tailored to the nursing domain of the health industry. Initially, I thought he specialises in graduate nurses only, whilst I was seeking coaching for Clinical Nurse Consultant job interviews. I quickly booked a call with Liam and knew he could help. Not only is he very flexible and dedicated, but also very knowledgeable and skilled in incorporating governmental frameworks, and healthcare standards into the interview responses. The coaching session is recorded, so easy to practice when you rehearse. I was successful in applying for my first Clinical Nurse Consultant job position, leading projects across a health district. I have worked for 4 weeks in this job and I cannot praise Liam and his team enough for supporting me in my career progression. I have never been that happy and fulfilled. I started with the High Performance Nursing team as a new EN about to be qualified and someone who was very motivated to pursue an EN Graduate Program but didn't know where to start! This is where I discovered Liam and the amazing team also working with Anj, who is your careers success coach! In the space of 3 months, Anj and I had communicated and applied for 5 different positions, each time working on a very personalised resume and cover letter, going over interview questions, having a mock interview and understanding how to make my own nursing identity. This process was absolutely crucial in understanding the process of graduate positions, but most of all, it took all of the stress away from me, as I was able to focus on the interviews, and not so much my applications. 5 applications sent in, all 5 through to the interview stage!!! To absolutely top it off, I managed to secure a graduate position in my top public hospital, with acute rotations, and it also catered for me studying the Bachelor simultaneously!!! The program helped me achieve my goals by working very closely with Anj and Liam in all areas personal development! It is literally their mission to make you succeed and get to your ultimate goals, so anything you want to work on, and they will have it ready for you! They have both given me a lot of internal belief, and although I knew exactly what I wanted to pursue, it was nice knowing they also thought I was capable of the same! To somebody considering this program, BLOODY GO FOR IT! You literally have nothing to lose! From the personalised resume and CV services, to mock interviews, question preps, brainstorming, goal setting, you are only getting further ahead of other graduates and will stand out in your entire application process! It was an absolute breeze, and definitely something I will be continuing well into my RN years! If you want to succeed, then I say you have to find a team that wants that even more for you than yourself. Liam and Anj are these people, they are your winning team!!!

Hey, my name is Luana, and I am a proud graduate of the Graduate Career Launch Program. The program provided me with excellent tools for transforming my impostor syndrome mindset to a winner’s mindset, killing it when applying for a graduate position.

Initially, I thought I was doing this course to land a graduate position, but honestly, I gained so much more. I developed so much confidence and clarity from the program that I only applied for one graduate position. Many would say that it was a risky move; however, I rapidly transformed during the first two weeks of the program. The momentum in my self-belief kept building, and I was brave enough to declare to my peer, “that graduate position has my name on it”. I believed it with every fibre of my being. When the email came to say I had been a successful candidate, it confirmed what I already knew. Not only did I land my dream graduate position using the GCLP program, I also landed a full-time HR position with an ASX company working from home until my graduate position commences. I am no one special, I just needed a program to upload a new operating belief system. The GCLP was the program that was the catalyst for many more blessings in my life. Thank you Liam and Anj, for teaching me a set of skills I will utilise for the rest of my life.

3 months ago, I made the decision join the Application Support Program with Liam and Anj to gain clarity and direction in applying for RN positions that would offer myself a different pathway in Nursing. My biggest learning throughout the program was confidence and the realisation that there were so many nursing positions available that weren’t the traditional Med/Surg/ED/ICU. I learnt that I had the skills and confidence to branch out into a different avenue. Through one on one calls with both Anj and Liam as well as a collective, I was able to pin point what I was looking for in terms of on the floor work, hours, skills and career development. Having the opportunity to go through my CV, CL, and SC with Anj allowed me to realise I was more than capable to apply for roles that I would have never applied for before. The program offered modules which covers the steps in creating a resume, a cover letter and appropriately answering the selection criteria of job applications, in ways that highlight and respond to the requests of position descriptions. The most valuable part of the program throughout the 3 months was the support and patience Anj And Liam provided in my quest for a new position. Anj and Liam made sure to check in with me on a regular basis to ensure that I felt supported and that I was on the right track, with no pressure to speed through applications. I would highly recommend any who may be feeling like they are in a career rut or would just like some extra guidance to work with Liam and Anj. With speedy replies, amazing guidance, unlimited support, and unlimited resources I was able to land a role that I am incredibly excited to commence. Thank you guys!

Hi everyone! I would like to share my experience of working with Liam and Anj with those who are seeking to land the dream job! I have joined the GCLP in April and started working with Liam and Anj to get into the competitive grad world. I had 10% belief in myself that I would get a grad position as I was an international student which made my door to the grad position very small. However, working through this journey with GCLP support was the best decision I have ever made. I have landed 8 interviews and 5 offers and one of them was my dream-come-true job working in PAEDIATRICS in a public hospital in QLD, which I of course took! My biggest learning was my self-confidence that I CAN DO IT AND IT CAN HAPPEN! I was not afraid anymore to just give it a go. I can tell you guys that I could not have gotten this dream job without this program and I got to learn the most valuable lesson that I am worthy enough to get my dream career. Of course I had to work so hard to get through this journey, however, Liam and Anj's support made it so much easier and doable, which helped create the footpath along my dream job. I have zero regret choosing GCLP and I hope you guys make your dream come true by choosing it!
