I appreciate most the feeling of coming home every time I walk through the door - the food at the events is always LOCAL and always DELICIOUS. LOVE to all the artists, contributors and the founder OSHALLA - THANK YOU!!!

I'm sorry to see this place go, but happy to see the announcement that it will return to the Gateway Shopping Center in the Fall of 2023. I have followed MC Arts & Culture on social media and in the Marin IJ since it opened and now I'm kicking myself for not going there in person. I LOVED the event Oshalla did for Black History Month 2022, using the library's bound volumes of Ebony and Jet magazines -- that was gorgeous and awesome. I knew of Oshalla back in the days when she produced and aired videos on Marin's Community TV Channel where I worked. I am really looking forward to seeing her re-open at Gateway Shopping Center.
