Since deciding to partner with Mercury a year ago, we’ve had multiple onsite visits from Sonny or CSM who’s helped us integrate the system into Capio. I won’t lie, I did have some doubts as to whether they’d follow through on the level of customer success that was quoted when we signed, but if anything I’d say they’ve over-delivered by quite some distance! Very easy to deal with and feel they genuinely care about us as a client, a true partnership in every sense of the word.

Having worked with 3 other Recruitment CRM’s previously across my recruitment career, I can hand-on-heart say that Mercury’s overall level of support and responsiveness has been a breath of fresh air. It’s straight forward to raise tickets, and the team are always extremely quick to respond, to the point they chase me up to get the tickets resolved! A big thing for me, is that rather than just hiding behind emails and tickets, they are also really proactive in just getting on the phone to speak with you to talk it through and make sure you’re fully up to date on what’s happening. The rate of improvements & releases in the product to keep it cutting edge is also nothing like I’ve experienced before, where I’ve been on operating systems that haven’t really done anything to make drastic improvements and give you a real sense of value for the investment.

We had the pleasure of Sunita and Saskia on our sales floor for our “Go Live” with Mercury. It was hugely beneficial to our team to have 2 members of the Mercury team with us on our first day. Both were extremely helpful in setting us up and any queries we had. They certainly eased the stress levels for the day!! We didn’t have that level of support with our previous CRM. The doughnuts went down a treat too!!

We’ve been using Mercury’s CRM for several months, and their recent health check was a game-changer. Rather than just revisiting the basics, they took the time to understand how we were using the tool and showed us smart workarounds, improved reporting, and tailored dashboards. We’re now getting far more value from the system than we did after initial training, it’s made a real difference to our day-to-day efficiency and insight.
