Nickas, has been a great help with the daily videos and messages on how to improve my running. It was a great part of me preparing for my triathlon with simple tips. I’ve crushed my goals and I’m sure that I’ve taken out about 10 to 15/ seconds/km over the last 30 days.

My heart rate went down by following the specific advice to go slower and it has increased my pace for the same effort level. Although nothing extraordinary in the running community I did a sub 22min for a 5k which for me seamed nearly impossible (last year in April was 24:41). I recommend your content as it is straight to the point instead of the 30min videos out there sharing the same things over and over again while being science based.

I have been following Nicklas in Youtube for a while, and I bought his strength training for runners plan. Not only I am injury free (40 years old, with ACL & meniscus surgery 6 year ago), but I also did my personal best in 10 kms on Sunday (44:22) thanks to a training plan Nicklas designed for me. Next step: continue improving and training, which you can only do if you are not injured. Thank you Nicklas for helping me becoming a better runner
