Recently I bought his training plans (PSI, 5 km and 21 km), and read his newsletter on a daily basis. The concepts and the knowledge he provides is amazing and so simply to apply to your runs. I had reached a plateau where no matter how many training blocks I did, I couldn’t do a sub 20 minute 5k. Working with Nicklas added a lot of small fixes including strength training, monthly tests, and improving my form. Most importantly, I shifted from being a result oriented person to being focused on, and falling in love with the process. I carry this to other areas of my life. And this is why I would recommend Nicklas to other runners. Because it doesn’t matter if you are amateur or professional, there is so much to apply to all areas of your life
