This is a first for me. I realized I was keeping myself scrambling for cashflow partially by telling my clients to pay me incrementally (even in two payments). It felt a little nervy for me to just invoice the whole project, but I did it, and now I have the cash! This is a game changer!

Whoo hoo! Just closed my biggest upsell project $10k to date—and honestly, the LP process did all the heavy lifting. I sent my LP, hopped on the follow-up call, and the client was ready to go. No selling, no convincing—just a couple clarifying questions and a “this sounds awesome.” Signed and scheduled. The yes comes easy. Feeling super grateful Pia Silva and No BS community for this process—and for how much lighter selling feels when I lead with value.

This year I've officially doubled my annual revenue!

I’ve been hitting the ground running with work and play this year, really applying the No BS methods (LP & intensives) even when I had doubts—especially after getting ghosted by 5 Fit Call leads in August. I’ve been a bit MIA in the Circle spaces, but while writing holiday cards to clients and a few coworking buddies, I realized how incredibly proud I am of the work I’ve put in and the growth I’ve had—both in my network and in my client projects. This year I doubled what I made last year and had my first 6-figure year. I also confidently raised my prices… two years ago I was scared to charge over $1K for a website, and now I’m doing $5.5K on the low end. As the year ends and uncertainty lies ahead again, it feels important to revel in what’s been accomplished.

Successfully delivered a project using the No BS system — the LP outlined everything, I delivered, the client was happy, and Michelle reminded me I was done (no need to stress). Feeling proud, clear, and excited to keep growing in my niche!

Those who know me know I can grind. Since joining No BS in September, I’ve launched 7 brands in 7 months—and just signed the biggest contract of my life. It matches what I used to make in an entire year at my lowest. But the best part? The money mindset work here has helped me stay calm in slower months. Instead of freaking out, I’m giving myself space to breathe, reflect, and work on my own brand, content, and strategy (Authority, here I come!).

I’ll be taking most of May and June off client work—and I can’t wait to celebrate at the retreat with some of you in person. Thank you, fam.

We just delivered a brand and website for $31k which is officially our largest client so far and we were able to only working 20-25hrs/wk for a little over 3 weeks to get it done. The client was crying she was so happy with our work ❤️ 

Really excited to have just booked my first LP on a Fit Call! Really grateful for everything I’m learning in this program! Not leaving the call with the task of creating a customized proposal and being able to sell something on the spot was amazing!

Wrapped a $4K project and it was so damn EASYYYYYYYY - like the system works my schedule is the best, I am so thankful for music in the AM, agency from 1-6 with an hour lunch. I have gotten time to cowork with friends every single day, life is soo darn good!

My second LP was for an org that told me upfront that they wanted to do my LP, but “weren’t going to work with me.” We delivered, they loved it—but still planned to hire local. This week, they came back from their board meeting and want to do the larger package I offered. I’m so excited to dive into the Intensives training!!

I just had someone say yes to paying $15,000 in FULL (this is a first)! Had another LP yesterday and they are stoked. My #RichGirlSummer has begun!!!!

They booked a fit call last week. When pricing came up, I nervously but confidently said: “$25,000 to $40,000 depending on your specific needs” One guy got visibly uncomfortable—it was double what he expected. I shared that our process helps them sell more homes, not just look pretty. Enter stage right: The LP. “No pressure—we’ll be cheering for you either way.” They booked the BrandDive. Delivered in 2 days. NO EDITS. They said they were moved. Instead of cutting the price, they picked the largest package. Sold at $37K.

Heather and I have been a bit MIA—for good reason. We’ve been deep in client work. We did $112k+ working ~20–25 hrs/wk (with a few crunch weeks in the mix). We’ve learned a ton about ourselves, workflow etc. and are excited to keep tweaking our process to get it exactly how we want it. I just set my vacation responder for a whole month off in Minnesota with my family! No strings attached. Feeling proud of the brands and websites we delivered!

Last fall I quoted two LPs for a nonprofit—one small project (which I won) and a larger rebrand (which they gave to another company). This afternoon they came back because they didn’t get the quality or experience they had with me.

SO EXCITED—the $24K rebrand kicks off next week! Woo hoo! 🎉

Crushed it in my LP interview and wrote my best LP yet! Landed a 50K project!

Holy crap just closed a 28K project today from the LP with the NFL football player! I am so freaking excited!!! Largest contract to date. It’s three phases but OMG! I am so so excited for this very creative project!

I have only had a few LPs but, boy, do they work! I’ve converted this one into a really big deal (for me) today for a $48k branding package (the higher one in the LP), plus ongoing monthly services, for a great client that I’m really excited to work with. Thank you for this methodology!! Never going back to trading every hour in my day for dollars.

I booked 2 projects last week (18k and 30K) and I have two more LP review calls this week. Jan and Feb were quiet, so I’m proud of myself for claiming annual thinking and managing the lows like a BOSS so I can make March the best month ever!
