ON IT is the BEST thing I've done in ages. I look back at my ON it notebook and can't believe how far I've come and what I've achieved this year! I get so much clarity from each session.... Alice's delivery is so clear, kind and unfluffy and this approach really works for me. Not enough business owners spend time working on their business and thinking about the goals and plans - because we're so busy in the day to day. This forces you to sit down for a couple of hours a month to think about how to move your business forward and what's working and what isn't. You'd be crazy not to join ON IT!

I would encourage anyone who's just looking to carve out this regular space and to feel really supported and challenged to consider joining because I've had a really, really positive experience.

I was worried that I wasn't quite ready for this kind of programme (being in the early stages of building my business) but I actually think it's super valuable that I've had this support and structure so early on. It's shown me how important time ON your business is for growth, and the need to set goals that actually align with my vision and values (I often fall into the trap of setting goals that won't really get me to where I want to be). I feel excited for the next few months and 2026 to see what I can achieve!
