As the Interim Public Relations Director, my team was in the midst of adjusting to a change in leadership. This workshop helped by allowing me the time to understand my team's genius and how to best manage their abilities—both in our specific area and across the UC team. I also learned a lot about myself as a leader and how to respond in certain situations. The best parts were the organic teachable moments; those lessons have really stuck with me. I expected the session to be valuable, so there were no surprises there. I look forward to the next workshop.
