I attended Radia Carr’s presentation for the Rutgers Supply Chain Leadership Program in September 2025, because it was positioned as a practical session on leadership communication and meeting effectiveness.

Radia was my instructor while I attended a leadership course for work. Immediately I could see how passionate, professional, sincere, and genuine she was as a coach/mentor.
