1-on-1 Mentoring. A whisper to Join, call it intuition. When doing coaching with Chris Conder, what surprised me the most was his ability to tune-In to what I am saying and what I was trying to say. The level of inspiration I felt afterwards due to being “Got”, really charged me up to continue to face my challenges of doubt. The structure and clarity our sessions offered was invaluable. Everyone I think could benefit from a coach or mentor. Often we don’t know where our blind spots are and could take another person willing to take time and attention to point them out in a clear and encouraging way. It was an incredible time, community I think is one of the most important things to have, often we don’t realize it until we have gained it back after isolation.
