I have only been to a couple of hours, of a 6 hour training, but I really enjoyed what I have experienced so far. The presenters are joyful and very easy to listen to and to connect to. I practice somatic breathing during my morning routine to set my intentions for the day. I was invited to this class by a Co-Creator that I am working with, and I am so honored that she asked me to join. The desire to incorporate this into my current practice has shifted, gotten stronger, just after the first day. I loved the presence on the room, the connection that everyone seemed to feel simultaneously. It was deep, personal, and emotional. It was a blessing to be a part of. Since joining the workshop I've noticed an all around lightness in my body and a tingling sensation as well. The connections, joy and openness in the presentation was a breath of fresh air. I am def recommending this to colleagues ( I am a therapist/supervisor) and supervisee's. I will be using what I learn the next 3 days with a new client that is visibly physically constricted/stuck/tight with anxiety. This client is the reason why I decided to finally jump in and learn. I joined the community yesterday, and have not had the chance to really explore yet.

I'm not a practitioner, just a regular gal on my own path of self-discovery and working through the challenges of life while navigating my way through years of battling anxiety and depression. I would classify myself as a highly sensitive person and I felt drawn to this workshop to learn about new ways to release suppressed emotions built up in my body. I have always known that for me, connecting with my body is vital but I have not been able to really find answers as to what actually works for real and how to easily and practically make it a regular practice in my life. The teachings in this workshop really resonated with me! So many synchronicities happening for me throughout the entire thing! I felt a deep sense of care and attentiveness from the facilitators. I'm hopeful and excited for the first time in years! Highly recommend! Everyone needs this knowledge and these skills!

I am a beginner level practitioner. What felt most stagnant before today was accepting that my body is always so tired. It has been functioning on stress. I was not able to voice my feelings or emotions and I believed that feeling everything and being sensitive was a weakness. But today, during the session, I realized there are many people just like me, and I am not alone. I have wanted to be part of this somatic community for a very long time, but I never got the opportunity. I would love to attend in person someday, hopefully soon. I have always known that my body stores a lot of childhood and adulthood trauma, triggers and issues that I am not even ready to tell or accept myself, let alone share with others. And I know it’s not right, and I can’t live my life like this. I want to live my life. After today’s session, I am no longer afraid to admit to myself that my body needs rest. It needs a hug and it needs to release all the issues that have been stored for so many years. Thank you for this.
