I have only been to a couple of hours, of a 6 hour training, but I really enjoyed what I have experienced so far. The presenters are joyful and very easy to listen to and to connect to. I was invited to this class by a Co-Creator that I am working with, and I am so honored that she asked me to join. The desire to incorporate this into my current practice has shifted, gotten stronger, just after the first day. Since joining the workshop I've noticed an all around lightness in my body and a tingling sensation as well. The connections, joy and openness in the presentation was a breath of fresh air. I am def recommending this to colleagues ( I am a therapist/supervisor) and supervisee's. I will be using what I learn the next 3 days with a new client that is visibly physically constricted/stuck/tight with anxiety. This client is the reason why I decided to finally jump in and learn. I joined the community yesterday, and have not had the chance to really explore yet.

What felt most stagnant before today? Before today, what felt most stagnant was consistency in fully showing up for myself. Since beginning a daily breathwork practice, there’s been a noticeable shift physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This breath was especially powerful, and it felt deeply supportive and grounding. What made you say yes to this workshop? A deep desire to learn as much as possible about breathwork. Breath has been genuinely life-changing, and there’s a strong curiosity to continue exploring different techniques, teachings, and perspectives. After completing a 9-week certification course with Mike Henderson, it became clear that this path is only beginning. What, if anything, shifted for you after Day 1? A stronger commitment to continuing to show up for the breath. Day 1 reinforced the importance of consistency, trust in the process, and staying open to what breathwork continues to reveal. Are you a coach, therapist, or practitioner? If so, what kind? Yes — a coach and practitioner focused on mindset, breathwork, and energy work. • Would you recommend others experience this? I am in my 60's and have just begun my breathwork journey about a year ago. I am interested in learning much more about breathwork and sharing with others who are as overloaded by life as I am. I was struck by Steven's comment about how we try not to FEEL. I resorted to drugs and alcohol for much of my life. Now I see that the insurance and pharma companies want us to continue to use drugs, even though they SEPARATE us from who we really are! I am on this journey with all of you for the rest of my long life. I have discovered my purpose of being here on this planet is to share my experience with others to help them find their way HOME.

It was helpful to understand that for the emotions I don’t allow myself to experience, I’ll keep finding myself in those types of situations. So for example, if I’m angry a lot, is there someplace I’m not allowing myself to experience anger? Then it keeps popping up other places.
