It is a snappy takeoff and estimating SAAS platform that handles large volumes of information handily. It is feature-rich and enables estimating teams to dive as deep as they need to or stay on the surface for ITB triage. Information aggregation and one source of truth is the main problem it is solving. Having all of our takeoff information in one spot is decreasing the amount of time it takes to turn bids and review them with the team.

I like that STACK has made several updates since I started using it about a year and six months ago. The takeoffs are straightforward and very easy to get used to. I also appreciate how they’re integrating AI and using it in the best way possible. STACK has been a great tool for speeding up our takeoffs. Being able to add multiple people to a single project and review it together has also been incredibly helpful, especially when we need to collaborate and stay aligned.

STACK makes the Organization of Project Documents & the Takeoff process a breeze. Coming from paper takeoffs by hand Stack has increased our project productivity by over 75%. By eliminating the need to go from paper, to Excel, to Software then back to Excel it has saved us tons of time.

Great training, great tech support and help. Software is easy to learn, easy to upload plans (like 3 minutes) and easy to use. Always saves the work. Has a great keyword search function. Is very intuitive and they are constantly evolving to stay current. Makes my job easier. you can change architect scales on each page and even for each detail. Helps me be accurate with my take offs.

I like that it has colors and shapes which help me see the exact thing I'm looking for in the plan, especially on big projects. The search functionality is very helpful; when I want something specific, I can write it in the search, and only the pages that have it appear. I also find it easy, helpful, and beginner-friendly, and I 100% recommend it to others. STACK Takeoff & Estimate makes my takeoffs easy. It allows me to navigate quickly through the sheets I need to work on. I use STACK every day and like it far better than other software I've used. I like that STACK listens to their subscribers suggestions. They've implemented a couple of my suggested tools.
The biggest business problem STACK solves for me is time. I can do my work much faster using STACK. I work for a general contractor during the day and the estimate for my painting company in the evenings, so being both quick and accurate is a big deal to me. Also, the ease of getting a project set up in STACK is much faster & easier than in the previous software I've used.
