I had not previously utilized the platform as effectively as I should have and took away from the workshop a few action items that I could implement right away as well as some foods for thought for future posts. Lawyers are often told we must take ownership of our careers, but are not necessarily taught how to do anything other than put our heads down and work hard. I think we often miss out on opportunities for engagement as a result.
