Your message means a lot to me, and I’ve been reflecting on just how impactful these past 20 weeks have been. What initially drew me in was your thinking around the alignment of marketing, sales, and customer success—it was exactly the clarity I’d been searching for. But what I gained went far beyond that. Through your guidance, I developed a much deeper understanding of what it truly means to be a Chief Revenue Officer—and just as importantly, what it doesn’t mean. That distinction alone has already helped me navigate some complex conversations and expectations in my own work.
